The location is very good, the closest beach is just five minutes walk, the old town is about the same distance.

Cleaning can be improved (bug carcasses, spider nets), Microwave oven and a washing machine would be a benefit. Ventillation in the bathroom needed to avoid dampness and mold. Shower tube is broken, AC is not operating. The dishwasher's rubber sealing should be repaired/changed as every time you want to pull out/push back the trays the rubber sealing comes out so you need to put it back. However, we could enjoy our stay there as we didn't have big needs.
