Cosy appartment studio in Porec

Good location, about 10min walk from center. Cosy garden with the appartment. Free parking is a plus. Well equipped appartment with modern bathroom.

For me personally the (separate) blanket was a bit too small.

Sandra is a super host! I could really live in this apartment for a long time. Everything is modern and brand new. You can walk to the old city in 20 minutes. You have a super market at 10 minutes walk. 12 minutes to walk to the beach. Parking on location as well

We were looking for a place close to the beach and the old town - here we are! We found it! 🙂 perfectly cleaned apartments with literally everything you need for a pleasant stay! The host is the nicest Croatian lady on Earth 🙂 super comfy bedding and high quality asset in the room. Thanks for making our stay amazing!

Highly recommended place

- Sandra as host does a great job! She's friendly, helpful and really cheerful - The apartament is really spacious and well furnitured. Balkony with a table and plenty of chairs is made to drink wine in the warm croatian evening - The place is really well equiped! Washing mashine, dish washer, big fridge with a freezer, oven and moka pot - Air conditioning in every room - saves lives! - 2 bathrooms - one belongs to one of bedroom another one is independent - Me and my wife slept on the sofa - it really comfortable and the room offers some privacy, even though it has no door. - Many shops around - Parking place - General experience was very good

- Location is ok: 10-15 minutes walking from the sea, 20 minutes to Basilica - Only thing that's really missing to call the place perfect is lack of basic stuff in the kitchen: tea, salt, pepper, oil, maybe coffee when there is already a moka pot.

Very good location, close to center and shopping by foot, no need to use the car. The hosts was wery kindly in the app.was two bottles of wine and even olive oil,which was made by the owner. Very clean and comfortable app.,everything to need inside.

Everything. Apartment was new (deluxe with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), comfortable and stylish. Everything what we needed was there. We had huge balcony and there was patio downstairs available. Shops close-by.

Domaćin, gospođa Sandra je divna i susretljiva žena. Bilo mi je ugodno i preporučila bi Apartman Žužić.

Sve mi je bilo dobro. Udaljenost od centra, mirnoća ulice. Predivna okućnica, mala oaza. Jako lijepo.

Traumhaftes Zuhause in Porec

Sandra war sehr herzlich und immer erreichbar. Der Wein und das Olivenöl zur Begrüßung waren eine tolle Geste. Das Öl ist übrigens ein Traum !!! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist super … zu Fuß in die Altstadt und zum Strand - ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!!

Einfach fantastisch!

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung sehr begeistert! Sandra, die Gastgeberin, kontaktierte uns am Vormittag des Anreisetages, dass wir das Apartment schon beziehen könnten. Da wir schon früher in Poreč waren, kam uns das sehr gelegen. Parken ist direkt vorm Haus möglich. Sandra nahm uns in Empfang und zeigte uns alles. Die Wohnung duftete sehr gut und ist wirklich super komfortabel und sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage in Wohn- und Schlafraum haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Praktisch ist die Waschmaschine und es gibt zusätzlich zum Kühlschrank noch 3 Gefrierfächer. Zum Waschen wurden 3 Waschmittelpods zu Verfügung gestellt, für den Spüler waren Geschirrspültabs vorhanden. Es gab auch Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Besen und Wäscheklammern. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut und ausreichend bestückt. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone. Der erste Balkon ging zur Straßenseite hin, der zweite Balkon war auf der Gartenseite (mit Wäscheleine). Am Gartenbalkon ist eine elektrische Markise vorhanden. Das W-LAN war manchmal etwas instabil, aber das war nicht schlimm. Wir haben uns sehr über das Gastgeschenk - den hauseigenen Wein - gefreut. Sandra fragte mehrmals nach, ob wir etwas brauchen und ob alles passt. Sie war immer sehr zuvorkommend. Am Abreisetag hat sie uns noch sehr geholfen, weil unsere Tochter krank geworden ist. Danke für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder 😍

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Apartment mit freundlicher Vermieterin.

Vielen Dank an Sandra und Ihren Ehemann für den traumhaften Aufenthalt. Uns hat es während unseres Aufenthaltes an nichts gefehlt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die An- und Abreise war unkompliziert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter äußerst freundlich. Ein Stellplatz für unseren PKW gab es ebenfalls. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Appartamento dotato di ogni confort. Uno spazio aperto all’esterno con un piacevole giardino e una struttura per rilassarsi e/o mangiare. Vicino al centro e dotato di parcheggio. Gentilissima e molto ospitale la proprietaria, anche molto carina con il nostro cane.
