A very disappointing stay poor conditions, misleading amenities, uncomfortable environment.

The location was good.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not suitable for staying, especially in winter. The apartment is very old and clearly in need of renovation. There was mold in the bedroom, no heaters in the rooms, no carpets although the floor was extremely cold. When the cold became unbearable, we requested a heater and were given a electric heater, which felt unsafe for children. After just one night, my daughter became sick, and our further trip was spoiled. The amenities listed were inaccurate and misleading: there was no coffee maker, washing machine, or microwave as described. Parking is only available in public spaces, and finding a spot nearby was often very difficult. The apartment itself was in poor condition: a inappropriate toilet seat, broken toothbrush holder, loose electrical sockets, sagging mattresses, questionable cleanliness, blankets without covers, and holes in the couch sheets. Overall, a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience.

The location is good.

The badclothes were not really clean. We did not have hot water in the bathroom and ran out of toilette papiers. The kithen was almost empty, there were no kitchen clothes..

There is mold in the bathroom , the entire apartment had weird smell . The toilet was flushing very slowly.

Exceptional

First of all, we loved our time at this place. The room in which we stayed in had its own parking lot, which was amazing, as parking can be hard to find on the street at times. Also, the room is very spacious, and it has its own kitchen, terrace, and bathroom. The beds are rather comfortable and there are plenty of blankets for guests to use. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The dishes are old and have old dirt on them. The sheets are old and ugly. The bathroom is not pretty. It is too expensive for what is on offer.

When I was there I just needed a stay for a one night. At the time the price was very good so I didn't expected much. But the apartement was very nice and location not far from center.

Interent was not working. Mybe they would solve this issue, but at the time, I didn't report the issue, Any way this is something you want to work when you arrive.

Specchiera in bagno, materassi durissimi , in cucina mancava detersivo , spugna x pulizia …..scopa paletta ….Noi eravamo con 2 cani piccola taglia e non si può chiedere 15 euro cad al giorno , poi ci sono venuto incontro ma in altri alloggi a Rovigno e Porec mi hanno chiesto un minimo contributo x le pulizie …
