Great locations, lovely hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Gardenia Residence in Porec! The location is excellent — quiet, very close to the center and the beach. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and a relaxing stay in Porec.

Simply a great place to be.

The apartment’s great! We were somewhat underground meaning it’s been cool enough to sleep in, didn’t need the AC at all. Was clean, things like coffee pods and dishwasher detergent were provided. TV with every channel under the sun! Luka and Adriana are amazing hosts. They’re friendly, hospitable and happy to help you wherever they can! You can ask them for tips about where to go too! It rained for a short period, they went ahead and removed our clothes from the line we hanged them on and contacted me about it, incredible! Luka’s got an EV, so if you have one too, you can just ask him to plug in. I did! If I come back to Poreč, I’d stay here, great location near the sea and affordable. Recommended!

Our stay in Villa Gardenia Porec was perfect. We (group of 4 people and one dog) spent 5 nights in this apartment and everything was great. Apartment was super clean, beds were really comfy, destination was also perfect for us because it was really close to the sea and also it was nice walk along the coast to the city center of Porec. But the best about this apartment were our host Adriana and Luka 🙂. They were lovely, friendly and very helpful. When we needed something they gave us that. They gave us tips about not only what to find/eat/do in destination of Porec, but also on our next stop which was Trieste. I really recomend this apartment and definitely will come back 😇.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location with great hosts.

The hosts were the most pleasent I have ever met. They provided us with everything we needed. Even small refreshment was prepared in the kitchen for us. The location of the apartment is great. Nearby is many restaurants, a shop and beach is literally few meters from there. Despite this it is very quiet area. The city center of Poreč is nice walk of 10-15 minutes from there. The apartment itself is newly reconstructed, so everything was new, nice and clean. We really enjoyed the stay and we recommend to everyone.

Great place

The apartment was big, partially remodeled and really clean. The location was perfect for us. Really close to a coffee place, the sea and restaurants. The walk into town was also really short and just a small stroll along the beach. The owners are a super sweet couple that were really welcoming and helpful.

The mattresses were a little uncomfortable.

The location is just perfect. Restaurant next door, short walking distance to the sea and the lovely center of Poreć. Other attractions close by. The 3 bedroom apartment has everything you need and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I trully recommend Villa Gardenia to everyone.

Great experience, amazing place with kind hosts

The hosts and the apartment exceeded our expectations by every measure. Luka and Adriana are a wonderful couple, they are warm and welcoming hosts and they are always there for any inquiries. The apartment was exceptionally clean and roomy, with a great taste in furnitures and the beds were very comfortable. It was always quiet, except for when the crying of the seagulls broke it from the nearby beach - which is only 120 meters away! Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to come back again to Villa Gardenia Porec during any summertime vacation in Croatia!

Außergewöhnlicher Urlaub in Poreč – absolute Empfehlung!

Wir (mein Mann, unsere kleine Tochter und ich) hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Poreč. Die Lage war einfach perfekt – nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt und ebenso schnell am Strand. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch mittendrin. Die Wohnung selbst war modern, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet – man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber die Gastgeber: so herzlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich – so etwas erlebt man selten! Sie haben Deutsch gesprochen und wirklich jeden Wunsch erfüllt, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man hat sich wie bei Freunden gefühlt. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Ganz klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen entspannten und rundum schönen Urlaub in Poreč verbringen möchten!

Top ausgestattetes, modernes, sauberes Apartment, das alles bietet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Zentrale Lage in direkter Strandnähe, mit Restaurants und Supermarkt nearby. In die belebte Altstadt von Porec spaziert man nur 10 Minuten. Extrem nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die ihr Bestes tun, damit man als Gast einen hervorragenden Urlaub genießen kann.
