Great location for the old town. Great apartment facilities, spotlessly clean.

We were there in Autumn and it got quite chilly at nights, so thicker duvets would have been good. There was no sunny space to enjoy the sun outside, the outside seating area for our apartment was under cover.

Nice location and great apartment for a family!

Everything was overall great. We had an issue with a heater in the bathroom, and the owners immediately came and replaced it. They were very responsive and courteous. The only small issue was the loud construction outside, which started very early in the morning. But this is nothing the property owners can control.

Visite de Porec

Après un petit problème dû à mon téléphone pour récupérer le code d’ouverture, nous avons téléphoné et avons été dépannés. L'appartement est bien situé, proche du terminal des bus, à côté d’un grand parc, dans une rue calme proche du centre de la ville, sans les inconvénients. Nous avions l’appartement Black, moderne, bien décoré, avec petite terrasse juste devant. Un salon agréable, une cuisine bien équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, une chambre avec un grand lit très confortable. Nous avons dîné dans un restaurant à proximité « Mon ami ». Un très bon séjour pour visiter Porec

Wirklich tolles Apartment mit einer guten Aufteilung der Zimmer für unsere kleine Reisegruppe ( zwei Badezimmer :) ). Parkplatz in der Nähe und von der Austattung und Sauberkeit der Zimmer gab es auch nichts zu bemengeln. Die Lage war für uns auch perfekt. Immer wieder gern!

Lokalita super, internetové pripojenie super, dve samostatné izby, dve samostatné kúpeľne, zabezpečené parkovanie, klimatizácia, práčka. Fotografie plne zodpovedajú realite, takže žiadne nepríjemné prekvapenia

Všetko bolo fajn, až na drobnosti ohľadom komunikácie prostredníctvom správ. Pred príchodom som dostal správu, že mám volať, no dané číslo nikto nedvíhal. Až následne sme sa dovolali na druhé číslo a tam sme sa dozvedeli, že podrobnosti už boli zaslané správou (čo samozrejme bola pravda, no keď človek šoféruje, nečíta správy). Inak žiadne nedostatky.

Appartamento bellissimo, pulitissimo e addirittura profumato. Dotato di ogni servizio possibile. Non mancava nulla davvero. La posizione è ottima , a piedi si arriva subito in centro.

Super locatie en appartement

Fijn appartement die bij aanvang erg netjes en schoon was. Modern, goed ingericht, ruim genoeg en fijne bedden. In het gedeelde washokje kan je de was doen, en vind je o.a. wasmiddel en vaatwastabletten, meestal is dit niet inbegrepen en dus een fijne bijkomstigheid :). De locatie is top, je bent binnen een paar minuten in het centrum, maar toch is de straat erg rustig. Ook een korte wandeling naar het strand, supermarkten en de boulevard. De benedenverdieping blijft koel, we hebben de airco nauwelijks nodig gehad. Wij zouden het absoluut aanraden. Parkeerplaats om de hoek; ik zie wat comments over dat het 'ver' is, dit is absoluut niet zo, ik kon vanaf het appartement naar mijn auto zwaaien.

De inductiekookplaat heeft wat tijd nodig om op te warmen, maar we hadden geen haast en dit heeft onze ervaring niet minder gemaakt. Bij het boeken wisten we dat er geen echte buitenplaats 'in de open lucht' was, maar wellicht dat we dat uiteindelijk wel een beetje misten. In ieder geval niets waarvoor we niet opnieuw zouden boeken.

Das Apartment liegt fantastisch im Zentrum von Porec. Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist möglich und es gibt sogar einen reservierten Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Unser Appartement hatte 2 Schlafzimmer und beide hatten ein eigenes Badezimmer

Super erholsamer Urlaub in bester Lage

Sehr zentrale Lage. Parkplatz fast vor der Türe. Schlüssel wurde in einem Schlüsselfach mit Code hinterlegt. Hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Appartment ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles war ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Wir hatten das 2er Appartment mit einer kleinen Terrasse in den Hofbereich. Vollkommen ausreichend zum Frühstücken. Sehr ruhig und Bett war sehr bequem. Strand und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Klare Empfehlung!

In der Gallerie zum schlafen, war es sehr stickig und warm. Trotzdessen das die Klimaanlage an war. Der Rest der Wohnung war angenehm temperiert.

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut. Bar's Restaurant's und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in kurzer Gehdistanz, ebenso zum Hafen und Meer. Das Appartement ist sehr gut eingerichtet, voll ausgestattete Küche. Haarföhn und Frottierwäsche waren auch vorhanden. Das ganze Appartement war sehr sauber.

Tutto perfetto come da descrizione e foto.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Green. Checkin con box all'interno della struttura. Parcheggio privato assegnato alla struttura nella piazzetta a fianco della struttura. Appartamenti ristrutturati, zona centrale e silenziosissima. Si dorme in una camera da letto matrimoniale con persiane oscuranti e ci sono 2 letti sul soppalco, che ha una scala un po' tanto ripida e il soffitto un pochino basso. (Non adatto a bambini o anziani) il soggiorno non è totalmente oscurato, in quanto la finestra sul terrazzino non ha oscuranti ( nemmeno una tenda), così come la porta di casa. Cucina attrezzata, non vengono forniti olio, sale, caffè etc. Bellissimo bagno doccia ampia con buona pressione. Aria condizionata solo nel soggiorno, non l'abbiamo usata. Arredamento molto bello e funzionale.
