It was a great choice for holiday with 4 kids.

Ein Volltreffer, wenn man eine ruhige und dennoch Zentrum- und Strand-nahe Unterkunft sucht!
Die Lage des Hauses "Holiday Home Sofia" war für uns ideal: ruhige Lage, abseits der Touristenströme und doch so nah am Zentrum, dass man in wenigen Minuten alle Angebote von Porec nutzen konnte. Der Strand und das Meer sind kaum 200 m entfernt und vom Haus nur durch eine kleine Seitenstraße sowie einem prächtigen Pinienwald getrennt, welcher zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Die sehr gepflegte Ausstattung des Hauses entspricht der Beschreibung: es ist alles da, was für einen Urlaub am Meer benötigt wird. Das Haus ist sehr funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für zwei Autos sind Parkplätze am Haus vorhanden. Explizit zu erwähnen ist, dass das Haus über eine Zentralheizung verfügt und es im Haus sehr angenehm war, obwohl wir leider einen sehr kühlen Mai (in 2023) hatten. Sowohl morgens als auch abends sorgten die Heizkörper für wohlige (und im Gegensatz zur Beheizung mittels Klimaanlage sehr stillen) Wärme im Haus. Wir haben uns im "Holiday Home Sofia" außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wieder kommen!
Abgesehen davon, dass wir es zeitlich nicht geschafft haben auch den Grill im Garten des Hauses zu testen (zuviele tolle Restaurants in Porec ... :-)) gibt es von uns keine Beanstandungen, außer: es hat uns nicht gefallen nach einer Woche schon wieder abreisen zu müssen. Wir wären gerne noch zwei Wochen geblieben ... :-)
