Decent holiday apartment, but unfortunately with an unpleasant incident

Spacious top floor apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. Balcony facing westside and with sea view. Large living room space. Kitchen is basic, but can be used for self-catering. Suited for family with 2 children or group of friends (max. 4pp). Window shutters, so bedrooms can be darkened. AC only in livingroom, but can cool down whole apartment, if bedroom doors stay open. Bathroom is dated, but sufficient. Quiet residential neighborhood, 10 minutes walk straight to seaside. Supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

Interior is dated and could use a touch up. E.g. bath faucet is worn out and fiddly and I'd suggest replacement. No hair dryer available, even on request. Iron only available on request, but no ironing board. WiFi is flaky and slows down to inaccessible at peak hours (evenings). Towels are on the thin side. Host is friendly at reception, but attitude changes to overly strict, if there are additional reasonable requests (e.g. flaky bath faucet, change of towels mid-week or adding 1 guest more, going from 3 to 4pp, which is still within capacity). Our group of friends has behaved more than exemplary and non-disturbing, for all we know. But we had an unexpected and very unpleasant situation on the 5th day, which could have been addressed in a much more professional and reasonable way (i.e. unintentional wrongly parked car and 2 friends visiting us during our stay), which was eventually resolved by just moving the car, instead of making threats and unreasonable insinuations from the host.

The apartment was very clean and the host was very nice and friendly. Rooms are fair and airy. There is a washing machine downstairs with a washing powder, that guests can use. Beaches are around 5 - 7 minutes by walking.

Appartamento ampio e confortevole, in posizione ottimale

Alloggio bello ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione è davvero tattica: vicinissimo alla spiaggia e non lontano dal centro, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi, senza dover spostare macchine. Promossi tutti a pieni voti.

Nulla di particolare da segnalare, che non sia piaciuto o che sia da migliorare. Tutto è perfettibile, ma per una vacanza abbiamo trovato tutto quello che occorreva.

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden und werden bestimmt nochmal kommen.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Gastgeber wohnen in gleichen Haus. Autos stehen im Carport, also Überdacht. Unsere Wohnung war im oberen Stock (Dachgeschoß). Wer großen Wert beim Frühstuck auf dem Balkon legt, wird in dieser Wohnung Pech haben. Balkon ist ziemlich schmal. Das Haus ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, ca. 5min. Bis zur Altstadt bräuchten wir ca. 10min.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen,nur zu empfehlen!

Sehr sauber ,sehr gepflegt ,sehr gut geschnittene Wohnung für eine Familie(4Pers.) Großzügige Terrasse mit Überdachung,kurzer Weg zur hauseigenen Grillmöglichkeit! Neben Handtüchern war auch sämtliche.Küchenuntensilien vorhanden (Zewa,Handtücher,Geschirrspültabs uvm) Nach einer Woche,neue Bettwäsche,Handtücher,Toilettenpapier &Tabs) Benutzung der Waschmaschine war incl. !! Überdachter hauseigener Parkplatz ! Unglaublich freundliche,herzliche und aufmerksame Vermieter! Lage sehr gut: Ruhiges Wohnviertel, kurze Wege zum Strand(350m)und nach Poreć Stadt(ca.750 m)

Veľmi pekné, čisté a kompletne zariadené ubytovanie v súkromí, v tichej lokalite, kúsok od mora, ako aj od centra mesta. Ideálne pre rodiny s deťmi. Domáca pani bola veľmi milá, ochotná a ústretová. Radi sa tu vrátime aj nabudúce.

Prostan apartman opremljen sa svim potrebnim aparatima, kuhinjskim i toaletnim potrepštinama. Vlasnica je predivna osoba, koja nas je srdačno dočekala i posljednjeg dana otpratila!
