Great location near beach, average equipment, very poor hot water system
Perfect location, available parking spot 30 m from the accomodation, working AC, clean, sand beach 50 m away. Small train station 20 m away that goes directy to the city center and back each 40 minutes.
No hot water in shower, we tried in the morning, noon, evening and it was always cold. Not great for children. There is solar system for the hot water, but it must be so tiny. We would go there again, but the hot water is a deal breaker for us and thus I just can't give better ranking. Also, no microwave in the kitchen.

Nagyon szép helyen található a szállás, a tengerpart 3 percre. A strandok gyönyörűek, tiszták, rendszeresen takarítottak.

Wir waren glücklich dort zu sein und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Die Lage ist top, man erreicht innerhalb von wenigen Minuten den Strand, tolle Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte. Ein paar Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt fährt ein kleiner TouristenZug für 2,50€ ins Zentrum von Porec, welches man aber auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 20 min erreichen kann. Die Gastgeberin ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich, sie wohnt selbst in einer der Wohneinheiten und ist somit eigentlich immer erreichbar. Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde von ihr innerhalb von Minuten gegen eine neue ausgetauscht. Man bekommt regelmäßig frische Handtücher und auf Wunsch auch Bettwäsche, was uns den Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind (das gerne kleckert oder mit dreckigen Füßen aufs Bett springt) angenehmer machte. Es war alles sauber und übersichtlich. Alles in allem werden wir zu 100% erneut buchen, uns hat es sehr gefallen.
Die Wände sind ein wenig dünn, sodass man unter Umständen die Nachbarn hört.

Tornerò preferibilmente negli appartamenti al piano terra
Posizione, pulizia, ristorante adiacente con possibilità di parcheggio, simpatici ottimo cibo e unico a buoni prezzi.
Mancanza di possibilità tv italiana rapporto qualità prezzo sopra le righe ma ormai la Croazia è più cara dell' Italia.
