Сподобалось все , місце розташування ідеально , ми відпочивали 8 днів і всим були задоволені! Особливо хазяйка помешкання, чудова і привітна жінка!

Klimatizace fungovala výborně a pomohla večer, kdy bylo opravdu horko. Ulice je slepá a tak bezpečnější pro děti nebo pejska. Zaparkovali jsme hned před domem a další parkoviště v bezprostřední blízkosti bylo možné využít pro ad hoc venčení pejska. V blízkosti je příjemná procházka v resortu Walamar i Materada, kousek je to pěšky do obchodu na nákup pečiva a dalších potravin i do centra Poreče - tam lze případně dojet vláčkem pro turisty.
Venkovní prostor pro posezení je minimalistický, max. pro 2 osoby. Nakonec jsme ho nevyužili, bylo moc horko. Je potřeba počítat s tím, že z blízkého komplexu Walamar je celý večer slyšet hudba, když se zavřou okna, je v apartmánu klid.

La posizione vicino al mare.
Le foto ingannano parecchio tanto che una volta entrati nel mini appartamento abbiamo dovuto rivedere le foto del sito perché pensavamo che si fossero sbagliati con un’altro! Il mini bagno è bassissimo tanto che se una persona è alta 1.80 deve stare ricurvo, armadietti e mensole fatiscenti, e il prezzo per quella struttura è esageratissimo!!! Mi spiace per la signora (proprietaria) che è stata gentilissima.
