Kiváló LOKÁCIÓ (nem is kellene jobb hely). Makulátlan TISZTASÁG. Lenyűgöző SZEMÉLYZET (családi vállalkozás). Megfelelő ÁR. Minőségi REGGELI (saját étterem 100 m-re (La Baia)). Mindemellett tökéletes a WIFI-TÉRERŐ, hatékonyan KLÍMÁzható és elegáns, kényelmes, prémium BERENDEZÉS, A szállás elérhető személyautóval, csomagok kipakolása után a 420 m-re lévő közösségi PARKOLÓba kell menni amely saját hellyel rendelkezik, saját kártyával működik - ára benne van a foglalásban, (Porecben a közvetlen belvárosban, ahol kevés a parkolóhely, nyilvánvalóan a helyiek parkolnak.) Szeretettel ajánlom mindenkinek!
