Lovely apartment in a perfect location
Location excellent, right at the edge of the old town and very close to two small supermarkets. The apartment was spacious and well equipped although with such excellent restaurants close by we only cooked in a couple of times. The large balcony isn't overlooked but only looks out onto a yard for other houses. However, it gets the sun for the majority of the morning and there is a sea view from both the kitchen and bedroom windows. The large bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
Unfortunately, previous irresponsible renters had run the Air Conditioning at full pelt all day even with doors and windows open. This has led the land lady to install operational controls over the Air Con so it shuts down if any outside doors and windows are opened plus it has a fixed temperature control which I guess was around 22 to 23 deg C. Whist I understand completely why this has been done it did make the Air Con pretty ineffectual and during our stay, outside temperatures reached the top 20's and the apartment with Air Con on was not cool enough to enjoy it.

Tolle Ferienwohnung. Perfekte Lage und Ausstattung.
Zentrale Lage mit Blick auf’s Meer. ❤️ Moderne Einrichtung mit sogar Waschmaschine. Klimaanlage einwandfrei. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Konzum und Bäckereien um’s Eck. Liegt im ersten Stock. Ohne Lift.
Absolut nicht schlimm in der Nachsaison: Schlafzimmer geht zur Strasse. Fenster gut isoliert. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen geht jedoch nicht.

Perfekt eingerichtetes großes Appartement, schöne Terrasse, Meerblick, durchLärmschutzfenster trotz zentraler Lage sehr leise. Wir waren schon zweimal dort.
