Das einzige kleine „Manko“ war, dass der Parkplatz ca. 15min zu Fuß entfernt war

Die Lage direkt am Meer war sehr schön. Shopping und Restaurants in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Der Besitzer war sehr net, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Betten.

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, es kam an mehreren Orten, vom Dach Regenwasser rein. Der Besitzer versuchte das Beste daraus zu machen mit Plastikfolie abzudichten. Graue Wände und Decken waren schon vorhanden. Der Verputz bröckelt , Schimmel überall. Komischer Geruch in der Wohnung (undefinierbar). Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Keine Rüstmesser und zuwenig Geschirr vorhanden, für vier Personen. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Tolle Unterkunft, toller Kontakt

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral. Top eingerichtet. Toll war, das wir in die Innenstadt konnten, und das Gepäck ausräumen bzw. wieder einräumen konnte. Hat auch nicht gestört das die Wohnung im dritten Stock war. Appartement liegt auch sehr toll.

Cosy and clean!!

We enjoyed our stay at Oli Mare. The apartment is in the old part of Porec, and it is beautifully restored. The host met us at the parking area in town to show us where we had to park our car for the night. It is about 20 minutes walk away. The air-conditioner worked really well with the cold weather!! There was everything in the apartment that we needed. There is a few restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to the center of town.

Erholsam. Ursprünglich mittendrin, wenn gewollt.

Die Lage war für uns optimal. In 2. Reihe von Meer. Dieses war auch seitlich zu sehen. Abends ruhig (im Haus gegenüber ist eine Schule) und in weniger als 5 Minuten im Getuemmel der Altstadt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Fitness ist integriert - Apartment liegt im 3. Stock und die Treppen sind ziemlich steil.

Toller Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt.

Um an einen schönen Strand zu kommen brauchte man das Auto. Dieses stand jedoch fußläufig 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Apartman fenomenalan,za svaku preporuku,vlasnici apartmana su nam bili na usluzi celo vreme boravka.

Lokacija apartmana odlicna, u samom srcu starog grada, na samo 50 metara od morske obale. Obezbeđen parking, koji se nalazi u blizini apartmana. Apartman je fenomenalno koncipiran, prelep, dizajniran sa ukusom, prostran, svetao, sa svim sadržajima, odličnom kuhinjom i kupatilom, udobnim krevetima za spavanje i odmor. U ovakvom apartmanu, cela porodica može živeti i uživati. Obzirom da je mart mesec i da se ceo grad priprema za nastupajuću turističku sezonu, dosta restorana nije radilo. Medjutim, restoran OX Food and Fire u Zagrebačkoj ulici u Poreču je za svaku preporuku, odlični stekovi i burgeri spremljeni od najkvalitetnijeg mesa, bili smo oduševljeni uslugom i kvalitetom. Sve u svemu, predivno vreme provedeno u Poreču...Vratićemo se sledeće godine u isto vreme i u isti apartman.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oli Mare. When you first enter the building, you are not sure what you are in for. Being in the old town the building is very old. However, once you get to the top floor (3 flights of stairs) the apartment is so unique with its fresco's and stone detailing... We also loved how it was located in the old town and so easy to walk around and convenient being so central. The air conditioning works really well, and was much appreciated during summer... The kids also loved having english channels, netflix and disney on the TV. Bonus points for having TVs in the bedrooms AS WELL as the lounge rooms too! Cute kitchen and fantastic coffee machine and coffee provided. We will most definitely stay here again and recommend to friends also!

Everything in the apartment was perfect! The host met us upon the arrival and was very kind and helpful with quick responses to all the messages and questions. We will definitely come again soon.

We had a fantastic time! Incredible location, great furnishing, a/c in every room, lively yet quiet enough quarter. City beach is a 2 min walk. Would love to return one day! Emily was so pleasant and quick to help. We also really liked that while the free parking was a bit away, it was possible to drive to the apt, leisurely unload and unpack and then go park the car.

Only thing is maybe if you have cardiovascular problems or are disabled, then take into consideration that it's on the 3rd floor of an old building with a narrow staircase and no elevator (it's against zoning laws there).
