Das Beste war noch die Terrasse, wenn es nicht geregnet hat, weil die Markise nicht Regenzeit war.
Schimmel in der Dusche, alle Türen haben gequietscht und sogar nicht zuzumachen. Terrassentür nur zu 75% zu öffnen, weil das Zimmer zu schmal war. Wenig Wasserdruck und alle Hähne haben in alle Richtungen gespritzt. Generell war das Appartment schlecht gereinigt. Die Möbel allgemein sehr abgewohnt.

Paní Gemma je milá, ale zřejmě už nestačí na úklid celého domu. Taky už asi nechce investovat do modernizace vybavení. U
Výborná poloha, kousek na pláž i do obchodu nebo restaurace.
Záchod špatně splachoval. Dveře do koupelny šly špatně zavírat, upadávala klika. Ubytování nebylo čisté, ve všech špatně dostupných koutech, za radiátory, za nábytkem, apod. byly nánosy prachu roky neuklizené, pavučiny. Klimatizace smrděla.

La terraza en la que cenamos y desayunamos al aire libre, ya que el.barrio está rodeado de árboles. Gema la anfitriona muy amable y atenta.

Ligging tov strand en centrum van Porec. In 15 min liep je over de boulevard naar Porec. Lekkere tuin behorend bij ons 4 persoons appartement.( wel delen met de buren) Strand was perfekt, veel bomen, gras om op te liggen. Bedje huren voor 10e per dag.
Douche is gedateerd.Toilet liep niet goed door.
