All good.

Nice location - good as they allowed a paid for late check out.

Probably a bit over priced. No explanation of how to get towels, if breakfast is an option, etc at check out. Despite agreeing a 6pm check out we had someone coming round confused that we were still there at 5pm.

Great apartment resort in Plava laguna

Apartment is part of the village, located in peninsula under the the trees with lots of green areas so, despite a warm weather (25C in May), it was still chilly during the whole day (it must be cool in the summer as well). Beaches all around the village. Apartment was quite big, nice terrace, plenty of storage room (clothes, groceries), very clean and with well equipped kitchen. Even though there are a lot of apartments (all were full during our stay), it was very quite. There is also a heated pool and an open restaurant/bar (we didn't use any). Checkin and checkout was super fast. Also pets friendly. Village is walking-only, car parking is situated outside of the village (comes with very small extra charge 1,5e / day) - they provide buggy service, so no need to carry the luggage. There is a grocery shop just outside the resort, with some limited supplies but provides the daily essentials. Ski lift (wake) is 1,5km around the lagoon.

At the arrival, it is difficult to park with a bigger car (van) or bicycles on the roof top since most of the parkings aro provided with roof shades. A knife sharpener in the kitchen would also be beneficial.

Not what we expected

Staff was very friendly and attentive. When we came our apartment was unavailable due to a pipe issue. For causing us inconvenience, they gave us a free breakfast, free parking and a free stay to our dog. Location was great. The resort from the outside was excellent.

1 room apartment was outdated. The pullout bed was uncomfortable. Once out you cannot use the kitchen. Bathroom is outdated. Aircon cannot be set by guests (it is working on off) and it woke us up during night many times. Overall it looks like an outdated 4star accommodation.

Good value for money if you are fine with a cold shower.

It is clean, nice location and the bungalows are well equipped.

At some times of the day there was no warm water at all which is not too nice while showering :)

Calm rest in nature.

Excellent location! Pure water. Green surrounding. Near to Poreč, but really quiet place. Calm and cozy place. Beds were good, but pillows not.

Too much "additional payments" (cleaning, safe, sunbeds, bar during breakfasts/dinner, parking). Pure (as for me) buffet.

For such a location, the sea and pine trees, one can forgive the many shortcomings of the accommodation itself: terrible pillows and blankets, the bathroom needs renovation. And even the lack of cleaning provided that we lived for three weeks.

Good to stay outside of the season!

Nicely located, with playground area for kids. Pets friendly. Walking distance to Porec. Lots of restaurants around with great food. ATM available at the resort. Swim pool for those who do not like open water. Very friendly staff.

In most of the places you have to pay in cash. Cards are not accepted. Bikers on walking paths - a bit risky when you walk with small kids.

Everything great, except the smell in the house

Everything was great, except the smell in the house.

The smell in the house was not good. I guess we were first guests there after few months and the house had closed windows all the time, smelling from the drains... We spent 4 nights there and the smell still didn't go away.

Very nice hotel complex . Beautiful location, good food, beautiful pool and we where staying in well equipped, clean and confortable unit.

Somme parts of created beaches where very slippery. I saw a guest badly fell and got hurt. The beach for children could more friendly for small kids.

Everything is so clean, fresh! Food is perfect! Squirrels and birds are so cute, our kid is delighted! Every recommended for parents with children! See you next year for sure! Plava Laguna, a little piece of paradise.

The apartments are set in a beautiful shady area that is well maintained. Our apartment was right by the water, going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was just perfect. The villas are well equipped and clean. The resort os very dog friendly. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. We have had the most wonderful holiday here and look forward to returning.

The bathrooms need a major renovation, they are very outdated. Though they are very clean mould is on the ceiling and and in the shower doors. Also the mattresses and pillows need replacing.
