Bello fuori stagione

Struttura a pochi passi dal mare, zona molto curata e adatta a famiglie. Passeggiata a piedi tra bosco e mare fino a Porec o fino a Fontane. Ci siamo stati fuori stagione per un evento sportivo. Molto verde. Avevamo l’appartamento con la veranda molto confortevole.

Appartamento non pulitissimo, bagno minuscolo per 4 adulti e un bambino piccolo. Piccola anche la cucina, ma fornita.

Sehr gut!

Ich habe die Unterkunft für meinen Sohn angemietet. Ich konnte leider nicht mitfahren. Mein Sohn war - wieder einmal - begeistert von der Anlage und dem Service. Mein Sohn hat am 19.10.25 am IRONMAN 70.3 Poreč teilgenommen. Viele Sportler wohnen in der Anlage, da der Start und das Ziel fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Wer nicht teilnimmt, kann die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer des Triathlons anfeuern. Wer schwimmen möchte, der sollte aber einen Neopren mitnehmen, da das Wasser schon kälter ist.

Es gibt nicht einen Punkt, der meinen Sohn negativ aufgefallen ist.

Sokféle apartman van, mindenki megtalálja a számára megfelelőt. Tökéletes tisztaság, naponta tiszta törölköző bekészítés. A terasz is tágas, kényelmes. Kutyával is tökéletes választás. A part gyönyörű, Porec belvárosa gyalog is simán elérhető, de kisvasúttal is be lehet menni. Vannak éttermek a szállás területén, és rengeteg sportolási lehetőség.

Ein netter Familienurlaub an Meer und Pool

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, Pool (mit Chlorwasser) und Meer sind direkt erreichbar. Es hat immer ausreichend Liegen am Pool und alles ist sehr sauber. Zwei der drei Restaurants auf der Anlage haben wir genützt, das Essen war gut und die Preise relativ normal. Der Kiosk ist super, hat eigentlich ständig geöffnet und es gibt alles was man braucht. Die einheimischen Artikel sind unwesentlich teurer als im Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft bietet einen normalen Komfort, die Betten sind ordentlich und es ist recht sauber. Es gibt frische Bade- und Handtücher! Wir sind insgesamt zufrieden! Die Stadt Porec ist sehr nah und es lohnt sich dorthin zu gehen, am Hafen ist es wunderschön und die Gassen sehr nett. Eine Delfintour haben wir auch gemacht, aber eine privat geführte Tour für 200€ ist nicht notwendig, es reicht eine Tour mit einem großen Boot! Und ja, wir haben mehrere Delfinschulen beobachten können, die Tour war großartig!!

Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hier und da fehlen einfach paar Renovierungsarbeiten. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer darf etwas umfangreicher ausfallen, vor allem wenn man zu Fünft bucht und es nur Besteck für Vier gibt. Am Meer gibt es kaum Platz zu liegen und die Liegen kosten extra. Die Toiletten sind so eng, wenn man größer oder gar korpulenter ist muss man zaubern um die Türe nach innen aufzubekommen. Aber alles in allem ist das akzeptabel, die Vorteile überwiegen…

Für fitte Menschen

Die Terasse war schön groß, Badezimmer auch. Der Schlafbereich war gut. Es gab draußen eine kleine Abstellkammer für Schwimmutensilien. Täglicher Handtuchwechsel

Man konnte nicht mit dem Auto zum Be- und Entladen ans App.fahren, da App. terrassenförmig angelegt sind. Es gab keine festen Parkplätze, man musste immer nach freien Plätzen suchen. Der Küchenbereich war viel zu klein, so dass selbst die Zubereitung des Frühstücks schon recht schwierig war. Zum Strand musste man immer Bergab gehen und später wieder Bergauf. Wer also körperlich nicht fit ist, kommt ins Schnaufen. ( Wir hatten 34°) Um an den kinderfreundlichen Strand ( alles Beton)zu kommen, muss man eine kleine Strecke laufen. Also eher etwas für größere Kinder oder fitte Erwachsene. Wenn ihr nicht wollt, dass das Reinigungspersonal zum Handtuchwechsel einfach im App. steht, hängt das "bitte nicht stören "Schild an die Tür

Ich liebe diesen Ort!

Wohnung: Alles war vorhanden...Tolle Zimmer, sehr gutes Klima, sogar Argan-Öl Duschbad im Badezimmer, Sehr sauber! Aktivitäten: auch wieder alles vorhanden: sehr schönes Pool in einer herrlichen Landschaft- Park, eingesäumt in einem Naturpark, wohin man auch geht-immer wieder kommt man zum Strand, Radfahren, Minigolf, Wasser-Skiing, Bootsfahrten, Wandern aber auch tanzen bei guter Musik und schönem Ambiente. Sehr nette Bedienung bei bestem Essen im gesamten Resort! auch der Bademeister außergewöhnlich sympathisch. Kurz und gut: Für Kinder, Jugend und Ältere hervorragend! Sehr tierliebende Menschen! Man erholt sich sehr gut und kann abschalten!

Schöner Familien Urlaub

Schöne saubere Anlage, freundliche Mitarbeiter schöne Pool Landschaft und nicht weit zum Meer. Apartments groß genug für mehrere Personen und mit weitestgehend allem nötigen ausgestattet. Gutes Restaurant direkt am Pool und ein paar andere in der Nähe bequem erreichbar, modernes Einkaufscenter in Porec mit allen Geschäften die man benötigt

Pool könnte etwas länger als 19 Uhr geöffnet haben, der Touristen Zug (Bummel Zug) nach Porec ist je nach Uhrzeit schon fast voll bis er bei der Haltestelle Plava Laguna ankommt. Mussten dann zwar ein Taxi nehmen, was aber für uns 6 Personen preislich aufs ziemlich selbe rauskommt (Zug 19€ 4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder, Taxi 20€€) allerdings waren die Kinder natürlich enttäuscht da sie lieber mit dem Zug gefahren wären.

Very pleasant stay.

The whole complex is situated in the park. We could stroll by the sea in both directions without being overwhelmed by huge hotels or crowds. The City of Porec is within a convenient ~20-minute walking distance. And there is an even longer walk through the park to Green Bay for those who love walking by the seaside.

Bike and walking trails are shared, so I didn't like having to step aside to let bikes pass all the time.

Codzienna wymiana ręczników i pościeli co trzeci dzień to coś bardzo budującego!!! Byłem w bardzo wielu miejscach i można o tym pomarzyć!!!

The location of apartmet is realy prfect, near the beach. You can walk to the town of Poreč. in the compleks you have market, pool, near the beach is also a big market. The apartment was realy cozy inside.

We did not have any privacy outside beacuse we were in an apartmnet rigt next to the walking path.

Piacevole

Nelle vicinanze c'era la possibilità di mangiare c/o diversi ristoranti. Belli quelli in riva al mare, mi è piaciuto molto il pesce. La gente del posto molto cordiale.

Nel nostro appartamento le donne portavano gli asciugamani, le lenzuola per i letti 1 volta, svuotavano i cestini, ma non hanno mai fatto le pulizie. Sul soffitto c'erano piccoli scorpioni. Dovreste organizzarvi con i mezzi di trasporto (trenino) perchè la sera per andare a Porec il trenino era sempre pieno e in auto era impossibile trovare posteggio. Peccato ! Per fortuna c'era la piscina anche se in agosto super affollata, perchè il mare purtroppo era pieno di alghe in fiore. Da quando c'è l'euro la Croazia è diventata cara, inoltre presso il villaggio ogni servizio si paga extra. Secondo me per il prezzo che si paga c/o gli appartamenti Laguna si potrebbe migliorare i servizi.

Cistota na zaciatku. Narychlo popratane po predchadzajucom hostovi. Pod postelou prach. Toaletny sme dostali len na zaciatku. Potom nutne dokupit. Vybavenie je poplatne veku. Trochu starsie, ale vyhovuje. Restauracii je na okolo viac. Ale bezprostredne pri recepcii len sackove polievky. To som uz dlho nezazil. Samozrejme v cene varenej 4-5 eur :-)

Vse super še prideva za dobro ceno seveda.

Vse se nama je zdelo super,lokacija prijaznost lep ćist in prostoren apartma pa shramba za kolesa. Le škoda, da je bilo morje onesnaženo sva se pa osvežila v bazenu in okrepčali v restavraciji ob bazenu z tudi odlično hrano. Vse pohvale res,zagotovo še prideva.
