There were a small couple of issues at check in, asking to see my tui voucher that I didn't have (booked simply through agoda) then not actually being given the room key.. i had also emailed multiple times in the days before arriving with absolutely no response. These were the only negative of our stay.
In the room furniture outdated but perfectly functioning and everything there you could need. Full mini kitchen, even a toastie maker. All cooking utensils available.
The location was simply amazing. 30 min walk from the town center along the coast through a shady park, but also the option of a regular tourist train. At the location itself were 2 supermarkets with all basics, a few restaurants etc. The on site one was very reasonably priced and superb food. The resort is quite big on a hill with many stairs, but staff helped people with reduced mobility get around using golf carts (and took luggage etc at check in and check out).
