We like everything since arrival: easy parking, well mantained area, location close to the beach, with showers and good entrance to the sea, very nice and attentive staff, help with our luggage, beach towel service, pool, small supermarket in the area, and easy 25 minutes coastal walk to the city center of Porec.

Very pleasant stay.

The whole complex is situated in the park. We could stroll by the sea in both directions without being overwhelmed by huge hotels or crowds. The City of Porec is within a convenient ~20-minute walking distance. And there is an even longer walk through the park to Green Bay for those who love walking by the seaside.

Bike and walking trails are shared, so I didn't like having to step aside to let bikes pass all the time.

Nice compleks

The location of apartmet is realy prfect, near the beach. You can walk to the town of Poreč. in the compleks you have market, pool, near the beach is also a big market. The apartment was realy cozy inside.

We did not have any privacy outside beacuse we were in an apartmnet rigt next to the walking path.

beds could be better and the cauch in the "living room" are so firm that is not posible to sleep on it, but we slept ion the second beds, they were ok.

close to sea, nice swiming pool, nice appartments with terrace

need some investment after covid. Quite many appartments with issues (air conditionong, fridge..). And yoh shoudl do something with ants before season

Cleaning of the apartment every few days would have been welcome. We paid €20 to have it cleaned after one week.

Nice location, clean rooms

In the morning when we planned to checkout and leave early in the morning, the lock to the toilet broke and our son was locked into the bathroom. No handyman was available and the reception refused to lend us any tools. It was easily fixed once the handyman started at 8 but could have been easily solved by the staff earlier.

Very nice stay and comfy beds

The beds were great, a nice appartment which was compact but big enough. Friendly staff and a nice swimming pool (great for kids)Nice bikeride to Porec of Funtana which takes about 10 minutes.

Because the complex is on a hill there are a lot of stairs. Also the carparking is not next to your appartment. For us it were minor things but I can imagine that for some people it is more of a problem.

Disappointing

We stay 2 night. Cold water in the apartment troughout the stay. We asked for another appartment but they denied our proposal. Very uncomfortable sofa in the living room.

Beautiful location close to the beach.

War echt super. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Top Lage. It was really nice. The bed was really comfy, friendly staff and a great location. Pool was nice. We arrived early and the staff were very accommodating.

There was a odd stuffy smell in the room, that would maybe put some people off. For us it was fine as it mostly cleared with the window open.
