Fantastic location, very spacious, clean, light and airy. nice bathroom and terrace area. Really well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need. large fridge freezer. Extremely friendly hosts.

Not enough seating for the number of people in the lounge, poor seating on the terrace (furniture is a little tired and dips in the middle). No extractor fans in bathrooms.

Almost everything was super. Good location in the center of the city, really big and comfortable apartment. See view from the balcony.

There was a small problem with a water pressure in the one bathroom.

Host was there to greet us and show us around the important things like bins, free car park and shops Great choice of restaurants within a short walk The flat was exactly like the images, no estate agents pictures an honest set of images and a lovely property

Great location, modern and well equipped apartment with kind host.

Great location, walking distance to the city center. The host is very kind and helpful. Everything is like on the pictures, very nice, modern and well equipped apartment. You can find everything in the kitchen, even coffee and tea. We really liked the terrace and the modern kitchen. Everything was clean. We definitely recommend this place and hope, we can return.

The floor plan, the showers, the location, the kitchen, the balcony, the beds, the lighting, the air conditioning, the amenities, the televisions,...... Everything was perfect.. Even the off site parking was very convenient and easy to access. I would rather have the 'off site' parking they provided than many of the 'on site' parking we have had at other apartments.

Zu teuer! wir kommen nicht mehr!

Für uns Lage top! Sind gerne schnell ab Strand und in der City. Gut ausgestattet,

Für Fahrradtouren sind Orte wie Novigrad viel besser aufgestellt. Hier meinen die Radler sie sind die King. Nicht akzeptabel. Die Preise steigen stetig und wir haben kein Interesse mehr, an diesem Ort. Für die höheren Preise gibt es keine Gegenleistung. Nur noch Abzocke!

Sehr schönes Apartment nahe dem Zentrum Porec

Das Apartment ist komplett und umfangreich ausgerüstet. Besonders angenehm sind die zwei Nasszellen. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Das kleine Zimmer nicht (vermutlich auch nicht nötig weil zwischen den Räumen). Bei der Ankunft wurde uns alles nötige geduldig erklärt. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist gute 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Zugang mit Parkkarte. Es wurde jeweils nachgefragt ob alles für uns passt. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Der Fernseher Empfang ist nicht geordnet. Eine Senderliste für die verschiedenen Sprachen wäre hilfreich. Etwas zu finden war eine Herausforderung. Die Aussicht ist naturgemäss in einer Stadt Wohnung nicht speziell.

Es war großartig und wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen! :-)

Gracijela und ihr Sohn waren die bemühtesten und hilfsbereitesten Gastgeber, die wir je hatten. Matej hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen, uns beim Ausladen und Tragen unseres Gepäcks geholfen und uns danach das Apartment gezeigt. Wir wurden mit frischen Blumen empfangen, es gab mehr als genug Kaffee, Tee, sogar Obst und eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank. Vielen vielen Dank für die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft! Das zweite kleinere Bad wurde komplett renoviert und es ist wunderschön geworden! Das gesamte Apartment in perfekter Lage war äußerst sauber, sehr gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem bestückt, das man als Familie mit 3 Kindern benötigt. Die Küche war super sortiert mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr usw., wir hatten mehr als genug weiche (!) Handtücher, zusätzliche Decken und da wir insgesamt 2 Wochen geblieben sind, bekamen (obwohl wir eine Waschmaschine hatten und durchaus selbst gewaschen hätten) wir nach einer Woche frische Handtücher und frische Bettbezüge (für unseren Jüngsten sogar mit entzückenden Tiermotiven - so aufmerksam, er hat sich unglaublich gefreut!) Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Aussicht ist traumhaft und die Terrasse lädt ein, die Sonne zu genießen. Wirklich ein wunderschönes, geräumiges, gepflegtes und sauberes Apartment! Wir wurden außerdem mit einer Flasche Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau beschenkt und haben uns unglaublich gefreut! Vielen vielen Dank für diese erholsame Zeit!!
