Fantastic would recommend

Great location , easy to find and staff very helpful

Traditional feel in a great location, not as modern has others we have stayed in but very homely and great value for money . Would most definitely book again. Please don’t be put off by some of the reviews that say long walk to apartment and bins etc. Really not far at all and very accessible . Porec is an amazing town and people very friendly stayed in many hotels including the Valamar Isabella island resort and much preferred the central location and homely feel of this apartment and the courtyard garden was an absolute bonus. Would it benefit from more up to date furniture most likely but did this take away from our stay most definitely not .

Bring your scooters

Fast, accurate and good communication with the staff. Microwave was not operating, we reported and staff replaced it on the same day. Kitchen was well equipped for 2. Clean when arrived. Location is fantastic, in the middle of old town. We could drive in closeby for 30 mins to drop oir luggages. Free parking.

Internet availability, unstable and slow. No or limited mobile internet reception. Limited shelves to place our clothes on. Free parking is not the closest (but we brougth our scooters)

Excellent place to stay in the old town

The location was excellent, being in the middle of the old town it was not too noisy at night. We could use a table in the garden at the back of the house for breakfast which was unexpected and absolutely lovely. Overall the apartment looked much better than on the photos.

There was a leak from the washing mashing in the bathroom , hopefully it will be fixed soon. There are 3 doors to be locked/unlocked with keys each time you come in/leave. The bells of the basilica start ringing at 7 am but this cannot be fixed.

Centro bellissimo, posizione perfetta

Posizione centralissima, ingresso in centro storico con l’auto con “capolinea” vicino all’appartamento, parcheggio compreso. Personale dell’agenzia molto cordiale e disponibile.

Pulizia inadeguata. Siamo arrivate troppo presto ed abbiamo atteso 3 ore per avere l’appartamento (la struttura ci ha comunque consegnato prima le chiavi rispetto l’orario di check in) ma quando siamo entrate.. due ore per pulire tutto. Sporco evidente non superficiale. Dopo aver comunicato ciò, ci è stato detto che se lo avessimo comunicato avrebbero mandato il personale a “ripulire”. Da parte nostra non c’era la voglia di attendere e se una volta è stato pulito male di certo la seconda non sarebbe andata meglio. Personalmente dopo aver aggiunto la pulizia del cane mi aspettavo almeno un parziale rimborso delle pulizie visto abbiamo lasciato l’appartamento meglio di come lo abbiamo trovato.

Recepcia 2 km od apartmánu a parkovisko kilometer. Klient si sám musí cez celé historické centrum až k moru vynášať odpadky.
