Excellent apartment with great sea view
Absolutely super apartment with balcony and a sea view. The place was spotlessly clean and was modern with excellent facilities. A very well equipped kitchen, lovely seating area and a large comfortable bed. Plenty of clean towels etc. Excellent sound proofing made it very quiet at night-time. Very good position in the middle of Porec. I would definitely return to this apartment when visiting Porec in the future.
I had read previous reviews about it being hard to find so we arrived early so decided to look where the apartment was before we went to collect the keys. It wasn't obvious where the apartment was so when we arrived at the EuroTours office I mentioned this. The member of staff said 'oh its easy, it is on the 2nd floor of the apartment block and it will have the name on it'. On arrival at the apartment block there was no mention anywhere of the apartment name. We walked up and down the stairs looking for the apartment. After about half an hour for looking for it a very friendly Croatian lady who lived in the block advised us it was actually on the 3rd floor behind a gate. Eventually we found it. Nowhere at all was there the name of the apartment. It would make it easier if there was correct information given by euro tours and maybe photos of the apartment block etc to help people looking for it and the name of the apartment listed at the entrance of the block and at the apartments actual door so you know which one it is.

Ein großartiger Aufenthalt in Porec!
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche verfügt über eine sehr großzügige Ausstattung. Auch bei großer Hitze ließ es sich sehr gut aushalten, da die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer die ganze Wohnung kühlte. Der Balkon ist ganz wunderbar, da man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Hafen und die Strandpromenade hat. Dank der Markise konnte man sich dort auch tagsüber aufhalten. Im Büro der Agentur wurde uns genau erklärt, wie man das Apartment findet. Das ist wichtig, denn im Haus erschließt sich einem die Lage in der 3.Etage nicht sofort. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in ca. 8 Minuten Entfernung. Das Gepäck kann man aber vorher ausladen, indem man das Auto auf einem Kurzzeitparkplatz in der Straße abstellt.

Schoon en ruim appartement voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Juiste adres: Ul. Pietra Kandlera 8a. Zie foto’s voor ingang, dan 3e verdieping achter een ijzeren poort (best lastig te vinden)

Der traumhafte Blick über Hafer und Meer beschreibt das, was einen innen erwartet wunderbar
Das Appartment ist fantastisch. Der Blick, die Größe, es hat alles gepasst. Die grooooße zu öffnende Zwischentür aus Glas ist einladend. Die Möbel sind passend zueinander. Der Schreibtisch n der Ecke des Wohnzimmers mit Stuhl super. Der Platz zum Innenhof oben wertvoll. Der kostenlose Parkplatz in 5-7 Gehminuten super.
Der Treppenaufgang bis zum Appartment im 3. Stock ist wenig ansprechend. Da erschrickt man zuerst etwas. Die Schränke sind arg voll mit Zeugs, da passt wenig zusammen und man muss sich Platz schaffen, für die eigenen Sachen. Das gelingt aber locker, weil viel Platz da ist.

Sehr saubere Wohnung. Gut eingeräumt und die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer kühlt die ganze Wohnung, auch das um die Ecke liegende Schlafzimmer. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität
