Beautiful room, well located ina stunning town

Beautifully appointed room just beyond the main square in town. Dominik was very welcoming and provided great recommendations. The room was spacious and comfortable, great bed and shower.

There was quite a bit of noise from the street during the afternoon but it was perfectly quiet overnight

The best decision to stay in Poreč

Communication with the host was excellent. We arrived early in the morning and could leave our luggage before check-in, which was even an hour earlier. The room was spotless. The bed is very comfy and the shower is excellent. Everything looks very recently renovated. It has a great-sized closet, and we couldn't be happier with the complimentary wine. WiFi and minisplit perfect. The hosts were very kind and amicable, offering suggestions on where to visit and eat. We felt at home. Close access to the beach, city centre, the marina, and 7 minutes on foot from the ferry port terminal.

Amazing

Dominik made our stay very easy and very comfortable. Always asking us if we needed anything and giving us recommendations on what to do during our stay. Not to mention the stunning apartment. Very modern compared to a lot of places in Poreč and central to all of the main touristy areas you would want to visit. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to any travelling couple. They also have 2 other rooms very similar to this one that is more of a hotel room style. The check-in process was very easy, Dominik owns the boutique next door so all we had to do was find him there and he showed us into our room once we had been told that it was ready.

Really cozy place and the host was super friendly and helpful.

While the position of the apartment is super central, it can be noisy if you let the window opened. But you don't have to have it opened as you have also AC in the apartment. So only pluses from our side.

Mind Apartments

The apartment was in a great location and super comfortable. Very close to the waterfront, close to all the ferries, and on a quiet street. The host could not have been nicer or more helpful. Great recommendations about restaurants, we had the best meal of our entire 2 week trip right across the street. Would definitely stay there again!

Schönes, sauberes Apartment mitten in der Stadt, nichts für lärmempfindliche Leute

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Er hat mir auch eine Möglichkeit gegeben, mein Fahrrad an einem sicheren Platz abzustellen, da die Lagerung des Fahrrads im Zimmer nicht erlaubt war. Es wäre sich wahrscheinlich auch nicht ausgegangen aufgrund der Größe des Zimmers. Das Bett war in Ordnung und die Dusche hat gut funktioniert.

Es gab keine Terrasse, das Fenster des Schlafzimmers war Richtung einer recht lauten Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnungstrennwände sind schalltechnisch wenig bis gar nicht isoliert. Die Eingangstüre zum Apartment ist sehr dünn und ebenfalls unisoliert. Der Eingang zum Apartment ist direkt neben dem Bett, sodass man jeden anderen Gast, der das Apartmenthaus betritt ganz klar wahrnehmen kann. Der Generator des Kühlschranks ist so laut, dass er einen aufweckt. Wenn man auf die niedrigste Kühlstufe stellt, dann ist es einigermaßen erträglich. Die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr laut.

Het is een echte aanrader maar je moet geluk hebben met de buren

De locatie is centraal gelegen in het centrum. De host Dominik is erg begaan en vriendelijk. De kamer is zeer schoon en modern. Wij mochten zelfs iets eerder de accommodatie in. Parkeren kan tegen een vergoeding, dit is een klein kwartiertje lopen naar de accommodatie.

Het was erg gehorig. Dit kan aan de buren liggen van moment. Het trappenhuis is kaal waardoor het een echo geeft.

Pequeño alojamiento céntrico

La localización es inmejorable, en una calle tranquila pero casi en todo el centro. El dueño fue amable y nos dio las llaves al llegar, y nos hizo bastantes recomendaciones de lugares, restauración, etc. Es el dueño de una tienda cercana y puede ayudarte si lo necesitas, aunque hicimos el check out y no pudimos localizarle correctamente al estar la tienda cerrada a esas horas. Hay un pequeño tramo de escaleras para llegar, pero incluso el dueño nos ayudó a subir el equipaje.

La habitación era bastante pequeña y había mucha humedad por el baño. Si bien se indica que el alojamiento tiene parking privado, hay que solicitarlo bajo suplemento y no está tan próximo, por lo que dejamos el coche en una zona de pago carísima, que es lo normal en la zona al estar tan céntrico.

Süßes, kleines Zimmer in der Nähe der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig.

Sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet! Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber optimal aufgeteilt. Das Apartment liegt in einer Fußgängerzone und daher zur Straße hinaus trotzdem ruhig - man ist in 2 min am Hauptplatz. Der Besitzer traf mich am Ende der Straße, nahm mein Gepäck zum Apartment mit und so konnte ich das Auto parken, ohne die 10 Minuten Gehweg das Gepäck zu schleppen. Analog haben wir es mit der Abholung meines Gepäcks gemacht. Sehr netter Service! Dankeschön!

Es ist hellhörig - der Zimmertür könnte eine Schallisolierung gut tun.

Boravak u ovom smještaju ispunio je sva naša očekivanja. Iskrene preporuke!

Apartman je bio čist, uredan, udoban, lijep i odlično uređen. Nalazi se na drugom katu, a do njega vodi moderno uređeno stepenište. Kuhinja je predivna (sadrži pećnicu, štednjak, kuhalo, mikrovalnu, a tu su i potrepštine ppoput soli,papra, octa i ulja), a interijer je upotpunjen cvijećem. Dočekali su nas mirišljavi i uredno složeni ručnici u kupaonici, voda i mini šampanjac u hladnjaku i klima namještena na ugodnu temperaturu. U smještaju postoje dvije klime, kao i dva televizora, svaka u jednoj prostoriji. Domaćin je bio ljubazan i na raspolaganju.

Kosina stropa u jednom dijelu sobe je nisko budući da se radi o potkrovlju stoga je potrebno biti oprezan.
