Beautiful apartment in lovely Porec.

Loved the location. Perfect for exploring the old town and great to have a parking space available. Beautiful building, good sized rooms for us and our teenage daughter and a real bonus having two bathrooms. Perfectly located between coastal walk and the town.

Towels and bed linen could use a refresh. All perfectly clean, just a bit tired.

Great value for money given the location.

The location is top notch. The supermarket is right next door and the old town is about 5 minutes away on foot. Excellent value for money.

Due to the close proximity to the sea the building felt a bit cold at times. Probably less of an issue during the summer time. The heating units provided worked but made the air in the rooms feel a bit dusty.

Nice and cosy apart in the Poreč port

Great location, very nice, comfortable and clean apartment. Maria was nice host, warm up apartment for our family as we were in November guests. Parking place was organised and very close to the apartment.

Proximity to the town and the beaches, easy walking distance, very good size and appartment for 4 with 2 bedrooms of a good size and 2 bathrooms,

Very noisy location during the night, impossible to have a good sleep, the surrounding with the shopping center and messy environment does not make you feel on vacation, very small kitchen, no dishwasher, ventilator not functioning, no proper dining table, 2 chairs broken on the terrace, the set up of the living room is strange with 2 sofas and no cofee table, wifi working and available only in the living room (the repeater is weak)

Perfect accommodation for a lovely holiday in Poreč!

To start off with check-in was super easy and uncomplicated, we could even drop our bags in the morning when we arrived - way too early for the normal check-in times. The parking was only a 3 mins walk from the perfectly located apartment which has views over the Marina and you only cross the road and find yourself at the promenade of the old town! Additionally, Poreč casino, a big Spar supermarket and a Müller drug store are situated right next to the apartment. Perfect to go grab some fresh rolls for breakfast or a quick snack on the way to the beach! The two bathrooms were nice, the kitchen is fully equipped, the sofa beds in the living room comfortable to sleep on for a whole week and we even had an air con in all of the bed rooms! The owner is super lovely, easily reachable and very caring! She lives on the ground floor so only a doorstep away. She even gave us a second parking spot for free! (About 10 mins walk from the apartment.) Thank you for everything! :)

The only ‘downside’ you could think of was that there is only one set of fresh towels per person for the whole week which might not be enough for everyone. But we had some additional towels of our own with us so it was okay anyway:)

An honest review

THe location was fantastic - just a short walk from swimming or the middle of town & a step away from shops. AC worked very well. Host was friendly. Nice high ceilings, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I‘ve slept in. There is lots of room & balconies at the front & back to choose from. Mostly we (two couples) loved it for the location and comfort.

The furnishings are a little old fashioned & some of the chairs on the back balcony & one table were unstable. But we got a working configuration for 4 working. There is a lot of noise from the street in the early hours when the partygoers return from clubbing to the hotels to the south of town. And the streetcleaner at 5:30 is a real wake-up. But these are minor points.

Location. Friendly staff. Two bathrooms for two bedrooms, very comfortable when two couples traveling together. Space of balconies enough for six persons comfortable get breakfast or dinner with nice view. Highly recommended!

Sehr gutes Appartment in toller Lage mit einer netten Vermieterin, sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt neben der Riva Mall mit diversen Geschäften, in denen man alles kriegt, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Das Appartement selbst ist das gesamte Obergeschoß des Gebäudes, ist vollständig klimatisiert, hat 2 Schlafräume und 2 Badezimmer sowie ein kleines Wohnzimmer, zudem einen Balkon westseitig und eine wirklich große Terrasse ostseitig. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich gut, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und freundlich, aber nie aufdringlich.

Die Küche hat keinen Geschirrspüler, das westseitige Schlafzimmer bräuchte Schallschutzfenster, der Straßenlärm ist deutlich hörbar.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, mindenhez közel. A szállás az első emeleten van, kívülről lépcsővel megközelíthető. Két terasza van, az egyik az utca és a tenger felé, a másik egy nagyon nagy virágos, árnyékos a belső udvar felé. Nagy szolgálatot tett, mindannyian itt étkeztünk. 2 db tágas zuhanyzós fürdőszoba szintén nagyon jó volt, minden szobában volt klíma is. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt. Közvetlenül mellettünk volt egy nagy bevásárlóközpont, ahol mindent meg lehetett venni. Az éttermek, a strand mind sétatávolságra.

Nem volt mikrohullámú sütő.
