The holiday home, built in 1997, is a semi-detached house and is rustically furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the forests and its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (fuel oil). The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 30 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room, 10 sqm and with dinette, gas stove (2 burners), (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bathroom 8 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine.

Poreč, district Novo Naselje. The holiday home is located on a 15 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
