Nice place to stay for discovering Porec

The location to discover Porec was a short walking distance to the city centre. The room / bathroom was very clean.

We got everything we needed but we had to fight some language barriers to get there :)

It was just far enough from the riva and the tourist area to not be too loud and yet in a manageable walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped. We could put our 6 bikes to a covered location.

One of the bedrooms was accessible climbing a quite steep stairs.

TV kept changing to login to netflix, could not watch anything. Wanted 2 x beds as travelling with the friend but only 1 x bed was made up she said. Assumed we were a couple! I had to make other bed up.

Great short stay clean place with quiet area to rest your soul.

Amazing friendly host, if we needed anything she was right there to help. Good location and nice outside little sitting area. Quiet place. You had all the pots and plates you need for breakfast, TV with lot of channels and fresh towels. We came a bit earlier and the host let us change and leave our stuff in the room so we can go to the beach while she finished Cleaning. So nice.

The room on the second floor was really hot, even with the air-conditioning turned on down in the kitchen and door open. I like the heat but it was too stuffy...I had My windows and blinds closed all day but the heat just gets up. The stairs to get up are pretty old and narrow so not for older people with knee problems. WiFi only works outside the apartment.

Very nice stay at a good location in Porec.

Location was perfect, 10 min away from city center and beach. All the beds were very comfortable.

Some stuff was very limited, only 1 toilet paper roll.

La pulizia della casa specialmente cucina e la manutenzione di porte e finestre e la doccia con la tenda non la ritengo igienica

Premessa abbiamo prenotato un appartamento da 6 persone.. eravamo in 4. La casa era pulita. Il parcheggio, solo uno, di fronte all’appartamento. Gli asciugamani sono stati sostituiti ad ogni richiesta. A metà soggiorno hanno effettuato le pulizie, sostituito la tenda della doccia e cambiato la biancheria

L’appartamento non è adatto ad ospitare 2 coppie. La scala a chiocciola per accedere alla stanza al piano di sopra è instabile e poco praticata. Non ci sono chiavi per le stanze e per il bagno. Il bagno non ha finestre, non c’è il bidet e la doccia non ha le ante ma una tenda. L’acqua ovviamente allagava il bagno dopo ogni doccia. Sulle foto dell’appartamento vi sono 2 bagni che lasciavano intendere fossero dello stesso appartamento (uno di sevizio piccolo e l’altro più grande)… invece no. Le immagini sono fuorvianti (appartengono a più appartamenti). La cucina/soggiorno è troppo piccola per più adulti. (In 4 riuscivamo a malapena a muoverci). Con solo 2 fornelli è impensabile mangiare a casa quando si è in più di 2 persone. Fuori ci sono piante di kiwi che purtroppo, in questa stagione quando sono più che maturi, emanano un odore poco tollerabile

Ottima permanenza e ospitalità

Siamo stati molto bene, appartamento organizzato bene e la signora ci ha accolto piacevolmente. Ci tornerei soprattutto per la posizione ottima

Purtroppo c'era odore di fogna che veniva su la mattina, ma penso che sia così in tutto il quartiere e non che sia un problema specifico della casa.

Posizione e parcheggio auto

Casa non adatta a un gruppo di 5 persone e pulizia quasi inesistente. Mancanza di asciugacapelli, telo da bagno, sapone per mani, carta igienica e maniglia del bagno rotta. In cucina scala pericolosa che porta alle camere, mancanza di sale, pepe, zucchero, olio, aceto. Descrizione dei servizi dell'intero appartamento decisamente ingannevole.
