Nice stay in Porec with perfect location and sunny weather.

Homey stay

The apartment stayed nice and cool on hot days. The walk into town is pleasant and takes you right into a nice beach area for walking and swimming. The homes garden is full of beautiful flowers and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. We loved chatting with the hosts and felt very comfortable at the property.

Spent there a week with my best friend, and we LOVED it :) The hosts were incredible friendly, the room was clean and neat. We had a beautiful terrace with fruit trees, fully equipped kitchen and pretty spacious bathroom. I also appreciate how smooth and fast check in and check out was managed. Price/quality ratio is simply 100% met

Probably the only thing that was missing was AC, nights at 32 degrees could be pretty hard. However, it was not mentioned in the room description, so that is ok. Anyway, would be just great to have it :)

An excellent host! Good value for money. Road noise made it less enjoyable when sleeping and sitting out on balcony.

We didn’t know if was near the road so a bit noisy for us. We’d also booked it for the sea view but it was mostly obscured by trees.

Excellent experience at a professionally run accommodation

Neda and Rajko were extremely welcoming and attentive hosts, from the first contact through the moment of departure. It was literally a second home away from home. The studio flat is part of a larger property at the top of a hill overlooking a wooded coastal area, with its own private entrance. The flat is stylishly decorated, with branded matching towels, and is kept impeccably clean. The location is perfect for proximity to the facilities of the Diamant hotel and within 500m of the Brulo beach, down a largely shaded path, somewhat steep at times. The flat offers complete privacy, facing a garden and a neighbouring wood, with a nice terrace. Overall, an excellent experience.

All the key things were close to perfection. Wi-Fi access could be temperamental at times.

Our apartment was in a good and quiet neigbourhood with walking distance to both the beach and the city center. Great view from the balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

disappointing.

- Parking spot available

- the apartment on the ground floor doesn’t have AC. No mosquitos net in the windows forcing us to keep the windows closed at all times. - when I asked to the owner about the ac, she said “ it was mention in the description that, that room in particular didn’t have AC” however , after double checking I realized that the property is advertising as ALL THE ROOMS HAS AC , but in that room particularly “ AC” was not listed under the “ properties facilities “ ( she offered us a fan, which was a good gesture but made no difference at 30 degrees +). - Only 1 toilet paper roll was offered during my stay, which is very inconvenient as you can only buy big packages of toilet roll and you don’t need that much. At least two rolls should be offered, for the amount of money I paid, it was not cheap.

The apartment was as described and comfortable. The hosts welcomed us with a drink and were very helpful giving us local information, directions, advice etc. they were always there if you needed them but not intrusive. The apartment was cleaned and we had fresh towels mid stay. We were recommended local restaurants which were fabulous. The location was great with easy access to the beach and just a 15 minute walk into town. We would recommend Apartment Neda to anyone and would love to stay there again. The hosts added to our holiday and helped us have a great time in Porec.

A Parenzo per lavoro

Ho soggiornato per poco meno di una settimana presso Apartments Neda per lavoro. L'appartamento è apparso fin da subito molto ben tenuto. Si ha a disposizione un piano cottura - non ho avuto modo di utilizzarlo - con piastra a induzione. All'esterno non manca il posto auto e se necessario difronte all'abitazione è disponibile anche un ulteriore parcheggio. La posizione dell'abitazione è molto vantaggiosa. In circa 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il vicino lungo mare, scendendo attraverso un boschetto. In circa 15-20 minuti, sempre a piedi, si raggiunge il centro storico. La casa si trova in una zona residenziale ben tenuta e tranquilla. Infine, ma non per importanza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei padroni di casa è stata elevata fin dal primo momento.
