Holiday house Bella is located in quiet residential area Novo Naselje, only 10 minutes walk from the beach Brulo and at 800 m from the old town of Porec. The terraced house is located in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, on its own 200 m² of land with a beautiful garden with barbecue, garden furniture and Jacuzzi. Parking is private and covered for 2 cars. The landlord lives in separate buildings on the property.
The house can accommodate 6-7 people and is located on 120m2 large area, spread over two floors.
On the ground floor of the house is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with exit to the covered terrace with garden furniture and bathroom with shower / WC.
On the 1st floor are 3 double bedrooms all with exit to the balcony and the bathroom with tub / toilet.
An extra bed is possible on request in the bedroom. Air conditioning (only on the ground floor) and wireless internet are available and included in the price.
Pets are welcome.
