Memorable in all ways. The best of the 5 towns to stay in. Best beaches. Great communication.

Location was PERFECT - just literally outside of the noise, shops and restaurants. When I say outside, I mean 5 steps past. A great little balcony looking down the main strip. A wonderful market and morning coffee/lunch and breakfast spot 10 steps away! My favorite spit for breakfast and latte. Tons of space in this apartment. Clean, huge kitchen, bedrooms separated nicely if you wanted extra privacy. The best - we will absolutely be back.

Exceptional

The location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were more spacious than expected and the lack of air conditioner wasn’t much of an issue as in the evenings there was a nice breeze. All the beds and bathrooms were very clean.

I would suggest some fly wire doors so that the doors can be open at night without mosquittos entering

Our favorite place on our 18 day trip!

Our first time in Monterosso and would absolutely go back. The apartment was perfectly located among the shops and eating establishments. There were six of us and plenty of room. Not a main gathering space but not needed as we spent most of our time hiking and going to beach which was close by as well as the train station. Didn't need a car. We loved the people, the food the whole experience was refreshing! If we ever get the opportunity to go back we will! The apartment was equipped with all the things one needed to prepare own food, but who would with all the sidewalk cafes! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Trying to think of something we didn't like. Since we are Americans we missed a clothes dryer but understand the customs of other countries and would not count as a negative. Clothes line was new experience!

Spacious apartment at a great value!

The apartment is located less than a 20 minute walk from the train station. Mattia met us at the front of the building to welcome us. He took the time to guide us to the apartment and show us every room. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and patio. We look forward to returning! Definitely an excellent location!

The only recommendation is to perhaps relocate the Internet router to provide Wi-Fi to all bedrooms. The bedroom at the end of the hall was not able to receive a reliable signal.

A great stay for a fraction of the price.

I really liked that even though the apartment is not at the city centre, you will be at the beach in less than five mins of walking. There's a convenience store across, the apartment, as well as an ATM.

Located a quick walk from the train station. Great location. The extra blankets were very helpful as the apartment was very cold at night. We didn't need the kitchen, but it looked well stocked. It immediately felt nostalgic like I walk walking into my own grandmother's apartment.

It was my fault for not noticing the fine details earlier, but the lack of wifi was inconvenient for what we needed in our group. The apartment was so cold and we could not figure out how to start the radiators. There is a blow dryer, but don't expect anything extra like a body wash packet. Also, the mattresses are long overdue to be replaced.

Bueno aunque podría ser mejor

Es un buen departamento en general. La ubicación respecto de la calle principal del pueblito propiamente tal. Aunque está casi al final de la calle, está en la misma Vía Roma donde están los restaurantes y tiendas más propias del lugar. El anfitrión se mantuvo en contacto ante cualquier necesidad. Tiene un balcón con una mesa que es agradable para disfrutar al aire libre.

Desde la estación está un poco lejos, en mi caso, iba con mi madre y suegra que son mayores y el trayecto fue cansador. El departamento en general está bien equipado, pero faltan algunos implementos de cocina y el refrigerador está un poco viejo y suena mucho de noche. No tiene sala de estar o un espacio común si es que se quiere disfrutar del apartamento más allá de dormir. En relación precio/calidad se esperaría una mayor renovación del mobiliario e implementación.
