Casa perfetta per le esigenze di una famiglia. Condominio silenzioso.Proprietario estremamente gentile e disponibile. Supermercato nelle vicinanze, e per le nostre specifiche esigenze, la struttura era comoda per raggiungere l’ospedale a piedi
L’aspirapolvere andrebbe revisionata o cambiata perché non aspira, ma per pochi giorni una scopa va benissimo

E' stato un soggiorni confortevole: la posizione in mezzo al verde, il parcheggio, i mezzi pubblici.
non era prevista la colazione. La posizione era comoda sia per via del parcheggio che per la comodità dei mezzi pubblici (che però noi non abbiamo usufruito). La casa è molto spaziosa e rispecchia sia le foto che la descrizione in Booking. l'Host è stato gentile nell'accoglienza e ci ha fornito informazioni in merito al soggiorno a Parma (ad esempio eccellenti Trattorie)
Migliorerei il confort del divano del salotto e anche del materasso della cameretta.

Personale accogliente, proprietario attento e presente. Appartamento attrezzato situato in una posizione vicina alla stazione, nel mio caso vicinissima a piedi alla Casa di cura Città di Parma, quartiere tranquillo dove puoi tranquillamente trovare un supermercato, pizzeria, bar, lavanderia a gettoni anche se non necessita in quanto l’appartamento è dotato di lavatrice. Sono contentissima e soddisfatta
