Good for one night on the way

Kind service, the room ans the hotel are clean, small bathroom but functional, location is good and there is a large private parking.

You cannot pay with a international credit card. Wifi not available in the room. Too much carpet in the room.

Ruhig, Zentral Gemütlich und Urig

Das Hotel ist urig und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung und Haus sind zwar alt dafür aber sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Er war stets bemüht allen Wünschen gerecht zu werden. Jedem zu empfehlen der die Touristenmassen meiden möchte.

Direkt an der viel befahrenen Strasse.

Le propriétaire de l’hôtel et son épouse sont très accueillants.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel dans le but de bénéficier de massages comme cela apparaît sur les prestations proposées par l’hôtel. J’ai envoyé un message 15 jours avant la date de séjour à l’hôtel afin de réserver un massage et j’ai demandé le prix. En guise de réponse, j’ai reçu un message qui précisait que sur place la possibilité d’un rendez- vous serait possible sans indiquer les prix des divers massages supposés exister. En arrivant sur place le propriétaire m’a dit que les massages n’ont pas lieu les week -ends sans me proposer le welness. Je parle Allemand. En fin de séjour j’ai demandé de visiter le welness et le propriétaire m’a montré les équipements et m’a dit qu’il n’y a plus de massages. Alors que sur l’annonce des prestations proposées, les massages apparaissent toujours. Finalement ma marraine âgée de 82 ans et moi- même avions réservés cet hôtel pour bénéficier des massages payants et du welness mais nous n’avons pas eu accès aux massages et au welness. Je souhaitais faire un week end de bien -être au vu de ma fatigue générée par mes activités quotidiennes. Finalement, en plus de la pluie et du vent très fort, je suis repartie comme je suis arrivée. 😞

Einmal und nie wieder

Leider nichts.

Es war ein Reinfall. Einige der Angebote sind nur teilweise erhältlich und wir mussten selber danach fragen. Z.Bsp. Sauna ect. Gästekarte wurde gar nicht erwähnt. Frühstück minimlistisch. Für Tücher und Bademantel musste separat bezahlt werden. Auch für den Whirlpool. Steht so niergends auf der Webseite. Dort wird viel versprochen, entspricht jedoch nicht der Realität. Es wird für Wellness geworben, ist aber nicht erwünscht (Mehraufwand). Viel zu teuer.

Keine kulante Lösung möglich

Leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Mein Mann wollte mich zur Kur bringen, die ich leider krankheitsbedingt absagen musste. Ich habe telefonisch und online storniert. Eine kulante Lösung war nicht möglich. Sehr schade.

Aktiv im Schwarzwald

Der Inhaber des Hotels ist eine unerschöpfliche Quelle historischer Anekdoten aus dem Schwarzwald, besonders aus Lenzkirch. Man spürt seine Liebe zur Region auch an den vielen Exponaten im Hotel, das trotz des Alters des Hauses moderne Zimmer bietet. Das Restaurant ist nur für Hausgäste geöffnet. Entsprechend sind nur 3 Essen anboten, die aber alle sehr schmackhaft und reichlich waren.

Hôtel non recommandable, donc aucune photo de prise.

L’emplacement au centre ville. Le prix du petit déjeuner. La possibilité de se garer dans la cour de l’hôtel si on arrive pas trop tard.

Patron pas du tout sympa voir cynique à notre départ. N’a fait aucun effort pour qu’on puisse se comprendre pendant le séjour alors qu’il nous avait parlé un peu en anglais à notre arrivée. Il nous a dit qu’il n’y avait pas de wifi alors que c’était indiqué dans la description. Il nous a imposé de payer la taxe de séjour en cash. L’hôtel est démodé. Ça sentait le vieux et la poussière. Les fenêtres de la chambre donnaient sur un toit de gravier et il y avait des vis à vis. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre alors qu’il faisait froid. Salle de bain très petite avec cabine de douche étroite et dont les portes ne fermaient pas. Pas de tablette pour poser nos trousses de toilette. 2 chaînes allemandes seulement sur la TV.
