The check in process. It was confusing and we were left in the cold outside the hotel trying to figure it out.

It was ok ,wouldn’t stay again

Comfortable beds and clean

No lifts I was with an 8 year old no help with 20kg and 2 x10kg luggage up two flights of stairs,no staff around I arrived at 18.00 pm

Lovely place to stay just out of Titisee

Lovely comfortable and welcoming feeling. Large rooms. Wonderful breakfast.

All my messages were in German and I could not get internet to translate until I had wifi, which I couldn’t get until I had checked in via the instructions on the messages that I could t read). Only offered online checkin and I had serious trouble with this. Lovely fellow guest translated on her phone to Italian and then helped me in English. Without her I probably couldn’t have done it

Quiet, clean, comfortable B&B. Great for a relaxing stay in the Black Forest.

We've stayed several times and every time has been a great pleasure. The hotel is family-owned and you always get a warm welcome. Quiet, clean and comfortable room with balcony and beautiful views Great breakfast Guest/games room with reasonably priced self-service drinks Easy walking distance of village and train/buses to other parts of Black Forest

Superb

Location amazing next to a small pond and best location in the black forest. Amazing space for 6 people with two bathrooms and nice living room and balcony.

Train station quite loud and goes througout the night. No washing machine and tiny kitchen and sink. Breakfast not included in the appartments and no freezer so hard to cook.

Great location if you are visiting the nearby Ravennaschlucht!

For visiting the Ravennaschlucht Christmas market it is a great location. The breakfast was quite good for a small hotel.

The 4-person room was a bit tight. We only stayed for one night so it was okay.

overall, if required for a sleep only place on a budget , it was a decent place.

very good location, free parking, nice breakfast, showers in the room were modern and very clean. room was clean.

the pillows are very uncomfortable, at times it was very hot in ther room (summer time), no A/C and winter blankets only. didn’t get much of a good sleep. old and very small safe with keys. windows can be open fully next to the kids bed and might be unsafe for kids if required to sleep with open window.

It's not a luxury hotel, but it's clean and quite and the hosts are very nice. Location is excellent, just 5 min walk from he tran station Breakfast is good Overall, it's an excellent deal!

nice hotel/apartments close to center in hinterzarten

good choice of breakfast ( not included with an appartment but worth considering) close to center of hinterzarten and station although close to the railway, it is nice and peacefull good , clean, big bathroom in our appartment comfortabeble beds

the wifi was not of high quality slow and lost connection a couple of times

The rooms have no means of cooling such as an air conditioner or a fan, there was no kettle or refrigerator in the room

Beautiful house in a beautifull location.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, warm or cold.

The mattress was too soft for me. As I was only there for one night I did not mention it. If I had stayed longer I would have asked for support board.

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast and friendly staff. Good location 7 minutes drive from Lake Titisee and close to train transportation.

The bathroom in our room was really small. Challenging to change clothes in there when in need of privacy.
