- Oliver was very friendly and helpful and introduced blackforest very well to us - Location was great, few minutes walk away from Hinterzarten station. Bakeries nearby. - Spacious rooms with nice balcony in living room :-) - Kitchen was well equipped with sufficient crockery and utensils - House was very clean - Toilet was clean and big
- had to climb 2 flights of steep stairs so might be difficult for those who have heavier luggage / not as mobile - nearest grocery shop about 10-15 minutes away by foot but this was not a problem for us 👍🏼

Nice old fashioned holiday home
The owner is super nice and friendly, the apartment was spotless clean! It was well stocked for cooking and eating. We really enjoyed the outdoor space we were able to use. For us it was the perfect location to start our day trips from. It is centrally located within Hinterzarten. This means everything is in walking distance.
The interior was a bit old fashioned. We were aware of it judging from the pictures. So it is no biggie, really :). The only annoying part was the wifi being not really reliable, varying from good to no signal. But this is also something which is often a problem in Germany and I don't know whether this is really something that can be changed by the location.

Great stay in fantastic location, especially for using free public transport.
Fantastic apartment and very welcoming and informative hosts. Lovely, comfortable and warm. The use of free transport in the whole region of Schwarzwald is a huge benefit as the train station in Hinterzarten is very close and has a frequent service. Beautiful area and nice pub just down the road!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral im Dorf. Es hat eine Bäckerei und eine Metzgerei wenige Meter entfernt. Auch sehr gute Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen ideal und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten Morgensonne und Blick auf die Sprungschanze. Herr Metzler, unser Gastgeber, hat uns herzlich empfangen und gab ausführliche Informationen und Tipps für die Ferienwoche. Besten Dank. Wir kommen sicher wieder🤗

Ein rundum schöner Kurzurlaub
Es war eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden sogar ein kleiner Weihnachtsbaum. Die Lage war sehr zentral vor allem aber sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam und hat gute Ratschläge gegeben.
