Sehr modern, mit guter Qualität eingerichtet. viel Platz, sehr freundliches Personal. Bäcker 100 Meter entfernt. Möglichkeit im Hotel zu Abend zu essen.

Es hätte etwas mehr Geschirr haben können aber wir hatten auch nicht nachgefragt.

Zentrale Lage, ruhig, toll ausgerüstete Küche, grosses Badezimmer, bequeme Betten Hochwertige Materialien verbaut Hat alles was man braucht Immer wieder gerne

Der Safe ist viel zu hoch montiert, es sind nicht alle Leute 1.90 m gross!!

The place was nice, spacious and peaceful.

There are no cleaning services, until you ask for it. Even after asking nobody came to change my towels or the clean my apartment. I stayed for 7 days. Even I was supposed to pay for it, it wasn’t free. But once you arrive they will give you a list of things you need to do upon leaving, eg run the dishwasher, remove bedsheets, vacuum the apartment etc or else you will be charged. Also, there is no sign outside for the check in, and that happens in the hotel, two houses away down the street. So you can end up going with your luggage back and forth, and I wish we were informed about this ahead. The day I left apartment and was going towards the airport, Ive got an email saying that I have outstanding fee for tourism, that I haven’t paid. Also nobody bothered to tell me that while I was there. Once you are staying in Hinterzarten you can get a train ticket, but even for that I had to go to the hotel next door myself and ask for it.
