Location was great - 5mins from the station. Have always stayed Tower Road end of town.
Plenty of amenities nearby. Host was available when contacted. Room was a good size, with a comfortable bed. Would be good to have the heads up regarding what floor your room will be on - had to carry a heavy case up 3 flights of stairs.
Good communication prior to stay.
Towels could have been larger, and hooks to hang them on would be really helpful.
The wall fan seemed a bit pointless, as couldn’t feel it during the hot nights (woman in her menopause)

Great location, right in the middle of Newquay! Our bed was really comfortable and our room was fairly big with plenty of room for the two of us! We liked the fact it came with a mini fridge and found this really handy!
Honestly couldn’t fault the property! Everything was lovely the only thing, if we absolutely had to fault something then the only thing I could think of was there was no parking, but all the properties on the street had no parking and there is plenty of free side streets to park down so this really didn’t bother us at all!!

Nice room with everything you need. Added extras such as a fan and a fridge which proves priceless in the heat! Beds very comfy, everything you need
Only downside was a little fluff on the ceiling extractor in the shower. That is honestly the only feedback I can give .

Location was good, it was clean, and bed was comfortable.
TV wasn’t working - picture was green and distorted
Water didn’t drain in both shower and shower to the point of almost overflowing
