Lovely one night stay.

Only stayed the one night but had a lovely stay. Very comfortable and had an excellent breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay there again, hopefully for longer next time.

Lovely host! So sweet and knew Swindon so easy to talk to. Cute little amenities in bathroom, nice mini fridge and room was just presented so nicely, would definitely return when we come back to Cornwall! 🩷

stayed in that lodge for an hour and it would’ve been nice to have some amount refunded as we didn’t get the bed and breakfast experience which I’m sure would’ve been amazing!

Breakfast was great, full English with choice of eggs. Good variety of fruit, cereals and yoghurt. Fresh juices and choice of teas and coffees. Lovely clean and bright room. Amanda was very friendly and very informative

Lovely but not long enough

Having stayed at close to 200 different hotels/ guest houses on booking.com over many years this has to have been the best, Amanda was a great hostess breakfast was lovely, private parking walking distance to town can not think of anything else that could have made it any better

Best stay ever

Everything was perfect from the room to the staff & breakfast. The owners were absolutely amazing we had a good chat every morning told us some fab places to go for evening meals. I unfortunately damaged my ankle while out walking the owner didn't hesitate to bring me some cool packs and ankle strap. We couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. The room was spacious and light and had everything you could possibly need. We are definitely going to be back.

Room superb, breakfast superb, staff very obliging. Room had fridge, fan, various tv options, bed comfortable, tea and coffee, bathroom good shower, enough shampoos etc. Breakfast excellent many options, fruit, yoghurt, cearal, and the full English. Decor of B and B very good. Clean and tidy. Host and staff very nice and very friendly. I would not give this establishment a full 10, it will be 11/10. Placed for easy access to town and beaches. Would definitely recomend. Mike and Joyce.

Alderberry Lodge is 5mins walk from the town, the owner was very welcoming and the rooms were great , everything you need .. the breakfast was lovely .. lots of choice 😁 overall a great 3 day stay and would definitely stay again . Thank you again 😊

A very pleasant stay.

We were met at the door by the landlady personally and shown our room. Every morning we were given a lovely breakfast and had a chat with the landlady about the area and best places to visit.

Just a few more tables in the bathroom to put our toiletries.

Highly recommended for anyone wanting a friendly, clean and comfortable place to stay.

This was a fantastic Bed and Breakfast. The host couldn't do enough for me and the room was perfect. I would highly recommend it as it's only around 15 minutes to walk to the harbour and beaches and nearer to lots of places to eat. the room was spotless and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was more than enough and there were lots of offers of additional help and ideas for visits as well.

There was nothing negative about the 4 nights I spent there. Everything was perfect.

Loverly Landlady with warm welcome and loverly Brekkie ; )

Location is ideal for central Newquay all amenities are walking distance. Parking was little tight but we managed to squidge about a bit and sorted. Landlady Amanda was gr8 very welcoming and friendly left us to it which is what we like. Brekkie brill we had a cooked brekkie but there was plenty to choose from big thumbs up ; )

Our room was a little small but had all the amenities that we needed and as it was only for one nite nothing to winge about it suited us : )
