Amazing B&B within a few minutes walk of the main Great Western Beach just below the cliffs in Newquay town centre. Superbly clean. Well fitted out. Very friendly and helpful owner. Parking on site a valuable attribute ! Our bedroom had a controllable breeze from the sea which kept us cool during our stay at a hot 27 C. A fan is provided but we didn't need it. Full, well prepared breakfast to your order in a sunny lounge diner. Later I read in the front garden while my parter had a nap. The B&B is just 3-5 min away from East Street with its cafes and restaurants. The beaches are quite beautiful, very clean and sandy and there are five to choose from. Car definitely not necessary as the rail station is just 100m from the sands, I will be back again to stay with my daughter for her surfing course in late September. Recommended.
