Central and Reception Professionals really fast and service oriented, big attention to details that make the difference

The breakfast was richer than some 5 stars. Enjoyed especially the fresh vegetables and fruits juice I could make myself. The expresso was terrific.

An Excellent option in the heart of Cuneo

A very professional team at the reception an old historical building very well mantained good position near the Courthouse with a lot of parking space overnight Rooms are roomy and clean An excellent option at an affordable and very reasonable price

Cuneo is stunning and the hotel has the best breakfast. But sort out wifi!

This is a very good hotel but our stay was disappointing due to a complete lack of WiFi in our room. Front desk when we arrived blamed the provider which was not them. Very poor excuse. They make a thing of advertising free WiFi but it just wasn’t there. It needs sorting. Some of front desk team need retraining in hospitality management. In contrast breakfast was one of the best. Staff were so helpful, friendly and added to the joy of a first class buffet. I feel sad to give the hotel a low score when the breakfast staff were some of the best I’ve encountered. The room was very good. Good quality products and very clean. Cuneo itself is a gem. Can’t believe it’s not better known. Great food and atmosphere. Wonderful local wines and lovely tree shaded walks. Get the WiFi sorted and this would score a 10.

Wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful town.

Location is in the heart of the "old town" of Cuneo on a high plateau with road and rail access across dramatic bridges. Hotel itself is a short walk to shops and restaurants, although from the train station was a bit further away. Main square out front had a carnival with midway rides for the kids, fun! Lots of activity. Room was beautiful! Very ornate and, wow, the bathroom was awesome (even had a jetted tub). Bed and bedding was luxurious and so comfortable. Michael at front desk checked us in and was very courteous and exceptionally professional. Thank you! Breakfast selection was VERY good with local specialties. Service staff were polite and efficient.

Wonderful hotel.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms were quiet and cozy, and the bed was divine. Conveniently located in the center of the city - you can walk everywhere. If you have a car - there is private parking for 15€ daily. The staff was terrific and willing to go out of their way to assist. I highly recommend it.

5 star hotel!!!

The nicest hotel we stayed this vacation, from more than 6. Everything is outstanding, from cleaning to breakfast. The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is like new and it has everything that you might need or want, the breakfast had various options never seen anywhere else. The staff is very friendly. The location is right in the center, there is a pedestrian street filled with good restaurants and you can walk all around. We couldn't be more happy about this stay.

A very pleasant stay!

Located at the heart of Cuneo in the lovely square. Our room was extremely clean, the breakfast was excellent, reserved parking was secure as promised, staff were friendly and helpful at all times! Really enjoyed our stay :-)
