Very disappointing

The area and cleanliness

The attitude of the staff ....air conditioning not working and no solution offered. Just said to us ok sorry next week we check it out ....far too late....next week we would have left ! Breakfast was a shame. Whatever you ask for they say sorry finished no milk no eggs no croissants .....very very disappointing throughout .....doesn't deserve the stars it has

Good breakfast and friendly staff :) Our room was under the roof and was cool despite 37’C outside! 1 km from centre - enjoyed walking

Charging electric car 1 eur/kw, while no one else loaded. Went to city to charge. No good place to stay outside for evening wine (at least not for our room). A bit thin walls (heard neighbour farting :D but believe our noisy family disturbed them more)

Renovated, clean and spacious. What's not to like? It's quite far from Cuneo center and you can hardly get there on foot, but the location was not relevant in my case.

Beautiful place

The hosts were very nice and the accommodation was very very beautiful. Nice view on the mountains also. We had a great stay here.

Perfettibile

Camera spaziosa in una palazzina di recente costruzione. La zona è molto tranquilla, poco fuori da Cuneo. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in garage coperto (a pagamento). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Camera mansardata con soffitto molto basso in certi punti e con arredamento molto minimale e non all'altezza del resto della struttura. Mancano piccole accortezze che migliorerebbero di gran lunga l'esperienza degli ospiti, ad esempio mancano tende o scuri alle finestre, e manca anche la tenda nella doccia (si allaga tutto il bagno anche rimanendo in un angolino). Inoltre l'inserzione diceva "bagno interno con doccia idromassaggio", ma era una semplice doccetta con il classico sali-scendi.

Senza isolazione,un continuo risveglio

Rumorosa,molto,troppo.le porte sbattono tutte,per chiudersi è un continuo sbattere,sprovvisto di isolazione a soffitto e si sente qualunque cosa succeda al piano di sopra . Anche l’interruttore della luce,apertura lavandino,passi , voci. Un incubo!!!!!

Bel établissement chaleureux et bien placé

Emplacement parfait à 5min du centre de Cuneo dans un quartier au calme. Parking souterrain ou dans la rue disponible. Résidence très bien entretenue et propre. Nous avions une chambre en rez de jardin de bonne surface, bien équipée. Petits déjeuners buffet parfaits. Les hôtes sont aimables et serviables. Rien à redire, nous reviendrons

Bello a prima vista, ma camera con odore di sigaretta

La struttura a prima vista è accogliente e pulita; Ottima location e parcheggio privato

Un pesante inconveniente la camera era impregnata di odore di fumo di sigaretta, o qualcosa di simile. Nonostante sia stato fatto presente all'arrivo la situazione al nostro rientro in camera non era migliorata. Forse è stato spruzzato un po’ di deodorante. Il forte odore era soprattutto in bagno. Abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire. Lo consiglio solo a chi non ha problemi a rimanere nell'odore di sigaretta.
