Unpleasant surprise upon arrival

I'm a bike traveller. I was asked for 10 euros more for a place to park my bike. The price rose up to 15 when I asked to have a receipt. As the "bike parking spot" was not safe at all I decided to leave the facility and head to another b&b where I had no problems with finding a safe place to park my bike.

Great value for money, good host, and dog friendly.

We left very early and did not have breakfast. But the room was comfortable and safe and the host very nice. There were extra pillows and blanket and all that we needed. We had our big dog with us and she was comfortable. I liked that there was a small, adjustable desk and chair so I could do a bit of work by the window.

Disappointing

Although late check-in by surcharge of 20 Euro was offered, the landlord refused to wait. Nonetheless he charged the full rate and we had to look for a new hotel - unfair and disappointing

The room was good, I would stay again.

Room was clean and modern with great AC and a good-sized window.

The room was a bit small and the bedding felt like something that was not new. It seemed like it was something from someone's house which was weird. I also was never able to connect to the wifi, but we were there for one night so not worth worrying about.

Piccolo, la “sala comune” non ha finestre e la colazione era costituita da un pacco di biscotti e una torta confezionata. Calorifero del bagno era polverosissimo.

Posizione centrale, camera ben arredata

Il check out sarebbe dovuto essere alle 10, per cui non ci si aspetta che prima di suddetto orario la proprietaria si aggiri nell’appartamento chiedendosi quando saremmo andati via. Preciso che alle ore 09:58 eravamo fuori dall’appartamento.

Lieu idéal pour un séjour à Cuneo.

Les deux chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et notre hôte était très sympathique. Le B&B était situé à deux pas du centre. Nous avons trouvé une place de parking en stationnement illimité en face de l’hébergement.
