For me this was perfect for my one night stay. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff were helpful accommodating me after a train delay.
The noise situation is better than many hotels and BnBs in Italy but the room is adjacent to the common area with a rather thin door. I had no issues personally when I was there but I can imagine for longer stays at busier times common area noise in the morning could be an issue for some.

Chambre très confortable, ensoleillée, silencieuse, très bien chauffée, très propre, tout est neuf. Salon commun avec frigo, bouilloire, nespresso.

Piccolo, la “sala comune” non ha finestre e la colazione era costituita da un pacco di biscotti e una torta confezionata. Calorifero del bagno era polverosissimo.
