A beautiful and clean sheared apartment with all that you need to feel at home

The location of the property is great, it is in a very good and nice location in the center of Cuneo. The property is very clean, I think a cleaner comes in, did meet one but could see the sign. There are nice restaurants close by and if you feel like having fun while on holiday, Bingoblu is just 2 minutes away. Nice places where you can enjoy a very nice ice cream and a supermarket Mercatò is just a stone throw away from the property. I will definitely book again.

Well everything about the property is good except for the fact that I see any staff to introduce you to the property, in that aspect communication is poor but I didn’t mind because Cuneo is home to me and I know my way around but for someone who is visiting for the first time, they will struggle.

Horrible experience in the summer heat.

Convenient location close to the center and parking.

Common bathroom which is outside the room. The room does not have A/C. In the summer heat it’s unbearable. Even at night sleeping is tough even if you open windows as there are constant music concerts outside the premises. They should do better job cleaning the toilets and bathtub which is always clogged. The kitchen does not have coffee machine and ground coffee they have is very old and stale.

Della struttura sono rimasto molto soddisfatto!!! Host molto disponibile e presente per tutto. Posizione della struttura a due minuti dal centro storico di Cuneo e dal resto di tutti i servizi. Dalla mia camera avevo un panorama innevato, veramente bellissimo!!!

Lieblose, ungemütliche Unterkunft mit wenig Privatsphäre

Freundliches, bemühtes Personal. Gute Lage, Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft ist eine alte, ungemütliche Wohnung in einem großen Gebäudekomplex mit drei Zimmern, einer Küche und einem Bad. Für das Gemeinschaftsbad gab es keinen Schlüssel. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, einen Schlüssel zu organisieren, aber während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir das Bad nicht abschließen. Das Zimmer war groß, aber sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Wir würden nicht wieder hier schlafen. Die Tür zur Küche ließ sich nicht schließen. Insgesamt gab es wenig Privatsphäre und die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

Excellent séjour!...ne pas oublier d'avoir Internet sur son téléphone!!

Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à notre arrivée(impossible d'avoir le code d'accès de l'appartement). Heureusement, au bout de quelques temps, une personne est venue nous ouvrir! Nous avons poussé un grand soupir de soulagement... L'appartement est situé à 2 pas du centre, ce qui est bien pratique. Il est très spacieux, très propre, très lumineux. C'est un appartement avec 3 grandes chambres. La cuisine, le salon et la salle de bains sont communs. Nous avons été chanceux lors de notre séjour car nous étions le seul couple. Nous avons donc eu l'appartement pour nous 2!! Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Il faut vraiment que son téléphone soit chargé à son arrivée. Il faut s'assurer aussi que l'on a bien accès à sa boîte mail car personne ne vous accueillera. Il faudra utiliser un code donné par e-mail. Nous ne savions pas que nos téléphones ne nous donneraient pas accès automatiquement à Internet. Il faut bien activer sur "Paramètres" les "itinérantes mobiles". L'appartement est situé sur une avenue très passante. Il y a donc pas mal de bruit surtout la nuit mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir:

Mi sono trovato benissimo in questo affittacamere, l'host è stata gentilissima e super disponibile e ci ha lasciato in camera dell'acqua fresca per il nostro arrivo. La posizione è stupenda, ci sono i parcheggi gratuiti sotto la struttura nonostante sia nel centro storico e con una vista fantastica. il bagno in comune non ci ha dato problemi, veniva pulito giornalmente cosi come cucina e soggiorno, anche la camera era davvero pulita e profumata. molto bello il fatto che ci sia una scrivania e anche un divano in camera. il sistema di self check-in è intuitivo e semplice. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie!

Ho apprezzato la location vicino alla piscina e al centro storico. La pulizia . La vista sulla montagna. Ho apprezzato la risposta ai nostro dubbi e domande da parte del proprietario. Ho apprezzato il prezzo per 2 notti.

Ho apprezzato di meno che non ci fosse un televisore in camera e che non ci fosse nulla in più rispetto all'essenziale. Forse qualche cuscino poteva migliorare il sonno. Un pò di carta igienica in più. Un sapone e un docciashampo. Il rumore del bar di sotto fino a notte fonda. Mancava qualche depliant su Cuneo. Però queste sono piccolezze e il mio voto generale rimane buono.

Posizione centrale, procedura del self check-in chiara ed esaustiva, camera singola ampia, letto molto comodo

Non c'è la possibilità di appendere nulla, neanche nell'armadio privo di asta porta abiti. Sarebbe gradita anche una lampada di lettura accanto al letto. L'unica luce è quella centrale a soffitto. Per questo motivo non dò il massimo che la struttura meriterebbe
