Disappointing

The room was clean enough

There is no value for money here! There was no kettle, the airdryer was dangerously open and wires were hanging out, the door to the shower didn't close properly and water went everywhere, and there was no air conditioning. Just one week prior to this visit, we stayed at a five-star hotel for just 20 euros more, with an amazing room and breakfast included (there is no breakfast here). I am aware that management has changed, and you can tell! Never again.

Well situated, good value family hotel in historic regional centre

Pleasant, informal and well maintained accommodation. Especial attention to facilitating guest parking during excavation of exterior street for public utility work.

Very audible return of late night carousers from town festival at 01.30am. Also noisy plumbing sounds from next door bathroom

Very nice staff, the caretaker got up especially early on Sunday morning for us to make breakfast. Great location in quiet street nearby lots of restaurant. Parking spaces in front of the hotel (5 euro/day). Good breakfast. Good value.

Heating is controlled centrally: need to go to the reception to change temperature/switch off heating which is kind of cumbersome.

Fab hotel in old town Cuneo.

Great value for money. I credibly help staff. Chilled relaxed atmosphere. Travel is an adventure and the parking option the hotel had was great fun. I have a old VW Passat and enjoy immensely the tricky reverse into a courtyard off a medieval passage 😀. And the hotel were happy for me to leave there for a week whe I was trekking in the Alpi Marittime!

Nice and well-kept little hotel on a side street. Decent price and a clean, somewhat dark room.

Parking hassles: I had asked the hotel for parking place and that had been promised in advance, but when we arrived it had been given away to someone else. The whole city centre was full of cars and there was no paid parking available nearby, and the alternative free parking the staff recommended was a fishy looking lot quite far. We ended parking our car on a penalty place near the hotel and got no ticket, so it ended well, but for the first hour in town we just had to worry about parking which isn't so nice.

Un très bon hotel à l'emplacement idéal

Emplacement au top car en centre ville donc directement au centre des activités, très bon accueil, parking privé pour la voiture nickel, très bon petit déjeuner qui était copieux et varié

La literie; ce n'était pas la fin du monde mais la qualité est beaucoup trop inégale d'un matelas à un autre, pour une nuit cela allait bien.

Breve sosta a Cuneo

ottima posizione, pieno centro. comodo da raggiungere con la macchina quando lo ZTL non è attivo, si può parcheggiare di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel se c'è disponibilità. Camera spaziosa, adatta ad una famiglia composta da 4 persone. Personale gentile e accogliente.

L'ascensore non era funzionante, per fortuna eravamo al primo piano. arredamento della camera non molto curato. Piccolo disguido con la colazione: al checkin ci viene comunicato l'orario della colazione dalle 7 alle 10 (ottimo per noi), ma la mattina dopo non abbiamo trovato pronto prima delle 8 (siamo risaliti in camera per dare il tempo di preparare). Prezzo troppo alto per la qualità del servizio.

Cuneo è una città molto bella, da visitare perché merita

La camera era molto spaziosa Entrando c’era un piccolo disimpegno attrezzato con angolo cucina Il bagno molto grande sia con doccia che vasca Tutto molto pulito Colazione al buffet, sia dolce sia salata

Abbiamo chiesto il check in anticipato, confermato via mail Al nostro arrivo l’albergo era chiuso, abbiamo chiamato ai numeri esposti ed è arrivata una ragazza dopo oltre 15 minuti In camera la portafinestra del terrazzino non aveva la persiana chiusa sino a terra per cui entrava luce La TV era molto piccola e posizionata su uno scrittoio non molto alto, non essendo davanti al letto era scomoda da guardare La mattina scesi a colazione la persona incaricata della sala molto poco empatia Continuava a brontolare, si lamentava del l’avito che svolgeva per quel poco che la pagano, si è lamentata persino perché dovevano ancora scendere degli ospiti di una camera e lei doveva restare ad aspettare Questa cosa non ci è piaciuta molto

Hotel centralissimo a Cuneo, possibilità di parcheggiare lì davanti anche se ZTL. Staff molto cordiale

Purtroppo nonostante il check-in sia alle 11 sono venuti due volte a bussarci per pulire la stanza, prima alle 9 e poi alle 10.30, svegliandoci. Purtroppo non c'era il solito cartello da appendere alla porta con "non disturbare"

Gruch von frischen Croissant (Brioche) vom Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen. Vielen Möglichkeiten der Gastronomie und Lage in der Altstadt.

Kein Parkplatz für Transporter. Fussweg von ca. 5 min war aber ok und Nacht freies Parken von19:30 bis 9 Uhr, ansonsten 70 Cent/h.
