Nice hotel, very nice staff, smallish room.

Nice location in the center, just a short walk away from the historical district. The reception was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel was very clean.

The room was quite small and my view was to a parking lot. But it was very clean and I was just there for one night.

A splendid family run hotel in a great location

The hotel is run by a fabulous family who welcomed me with a friendly smile and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious - so many choices and of a high quality. As I come from warmer climes I found the evening chilly and the night-manager came up with an extra duvet and a portable heater - service above and beyond.

I liked everything, but I wish I knew that the walk from the station was smoother through the centre of town, rather than the way suggested by Google Maps...at least the walk back was easier, despite being uphill.

Great option for Cuneo, suitable also for bikepackers with lightweight bikes

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I could store my bike in the basement, big plus (it's a narrow and steel stair case - that might not work with e-bikes and MTBs, but it's easy for your road or gravel bike). The room was nicely modernized and it had a good aircon and the bathroom was tidy and spacious and bright. Breakfast was a good example of Italian diversity and also included fresh fruit and juices.

The shower handling was broken and deserved repair and the room door was not good at keeping sounds outside.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city so it is easy to park somewhere and explore the city on foot. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of space to hand clothes or put cases

The bathroom is a little compact but adequate for a one night stay.

Pleasant stay at a modern facility with friendly and efficient staff.

It was renovated since my last visit and is very modern. They knew my service dog was with me and had a water bowl and food bowl for him in my room. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. As in the past, breakfast was very good.

We received a very friendly welcome and the staff was helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located. The breakfast was very enjoyable.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows were very (too) soft. The night lights were very bright and could use lampshades. The onsite parking is rather cramped and less suited for large cars.

Excellent location, a few steps from Piazza Galimberti. Staff attentive and polite, room and bed clean and large enough.

new facilities. location near city centre. good breakfast even though food was not filled as food was running out.. room had balcony

had to argue with staff about putting our folding biles to the room. they feared we would scratch their new facilities. dont recommend to bike packers.
