Good clean room, but location is awkward

Clean good room, garage for $5.

The place is away from the town, so you need to take a car to go out for a dinner. in order to get from the garage to the room you need to walk out and around . They serve breakfast only until 9, so we have missed it.

A heartfelt stay with kind hosts who truly care, we felt safe and welcome

B&B Marzia truly saved us after a terrible experience with a previous booking, the hosts welcomed us in the middle of the night with open hearts. They are warm, kind, and genuinely caring people. The property itself is lovely, with a well-kept enclosed garden, green lawns, trees, and charming landscaping. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good beds and a large bathroom with strong water pressure in the shower. We were finally able to rest and recharge and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and varied, a real treat in the morning. One moment that touched us deeply was when we asked for a sewing kit to fix a button on a dress, and the hosts kindly offered to sew it on themselves. Their kindness and generosity left a lasting impression on us. These are honest, noble people who run their business with heart, and we would gladly stay here again if we return to this area.

Not as clean as it appears at first glance!

Ok for one night.

Was told that the rooms on the 1. Floor, with balconies were rented out long term...not sure if it was true, especially since I read in the reviews about people having rooms upstairs. I didn’t care for the polyester bed cover nor for the painting of the naked woman above the bed. I felt it was inappropriate for a guesthouse. The room seemed pretty clean at first glance, but after I had to look for something that I dropped on the floor with a flashlight, I saw there were plenty of hair, finger nail and dust under and around the bed and behind the curtains. The fabric behind the bed was really dusty on top and didn’t seemed to be cleaned for a while. All in all...I’m sure it’s possible to find a better place

A very good choice for visiting Cuneo by car

Very clean, great location if you have buisiness outside the center of Cuneo, 5min drive from industrial area and 5min drive from center. Very friendly personel, indoor parking, recomended for those who have a car.

It was very nice, if I have to state a couple of things it would be the lack of elevator for the upper floors so if you cant use stairs you should book in ground floor, breakfast could be a little richer but still it was very decent, not sure if access to breakfast(underground floor) can be via elevator/ramp, TV chanels were only in Italian. Again great experience overall.

A very pleasant surprise!

My room was in the attic, very spacious and cosy, with a comfortable bed. The centrally-controlled temperature was just right for me: not excessively hot like in other places. The bathroom was very large, with brand new fixtures, all working in perfect order. Continental breakfast had both savoury and sweet things, served in a cheerful room. Staff was nice and friendly. One special mention: cleanliness. It was excepcionally clean and the cleaning lady seemed to take pride in her work. Location: in a quiet residential suburb, 20 minutes walk to city centre.

No lift. Confusion about the name: whilst in Booking this B & B is called Marzia, its actual name is Eremes.

Je suis venu plusieurs fois dans cette ville que j'apprécie vraiment

L'emplacement est proche de la ville (20 mn à pieds) , tranquille . Facilité de se garer en voiture , possibilité d'un parking sous le B&B . Le petit déjeuner est varié , la chambre grande est confortable .

Pour ma part , je ne vois rien de négatif .

Posizione buona, certo non arrivi a piedi in centro, ma a pochi minuti di auto. Posizione tranquilla. L'accoglienza è stata buona, personale cordiale e disponibile. Stanza carina e pulita

Sicuramente da rivedere il bagno, specialmente la doccia, che non sembrava pulitissima. Rivedrei anche la colazione, c'era di tutto un pò, ma di non buona qualità

Belle maison ,chambre propre,

Accueil froid et aucun bonjour le matin , petit déjeuner pas de frigo donc yaourt et jus de de fruits au chaud. La même place de garage est loué ( 5€ ) plusieurs fois donc plus place pour se garer après une soirée a l extérieur. Télévision en panne. Et pour finir le petit chien (5€) nous comprenons la location du lit de bébé ,et la taxe de séjour mais tout le restent est en supplément.

Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable. La chambre et plus globalement tout le bâtiment est extrêmement propre. Il y a tout le confort. Le petit déjeuner est constitué de quelques plats salés et une multitude de gâteaux délicieux. Et pour 5€, j' ai même pû garer ma moto dans le garage du sous sol qui est bien sécurisé. La visite de la ville de Cuneo (Coni en français) est facilement accessible après 20 minutes de marche à pied. Bref tout était parfait. Merci beaucoup.

Le parking en sous-sol est grand et pourrait être proposé gratuitement (je ne pense avoir vu le supplément demandé de 5€, dans l'annonce mais je peux me tromper)...

B&B molto carino, ben tenuto. Le camere sono pulite e mantenute. Il bagno era molto grande, ci è piaciuta soprattutto la doccia. La colazione era abbondante e i padroni di casa cercavano di assicurarsi che non mancasse nulla. Il Wi-Fi funziona bene. Bel posto dove pernottare lungo la strada.

Erlebnisreicher Kurzurlaub in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Cuneo bietet viele schöne Ecken und Plätze

Sehr schöne Liegenschaft in Form von 3 aneinander gebauten Einfamilienhäusern. Die Vermieter, eine äusserst nette Familie, wohnen ebenfalls dort und tragen dafür Sorge, dass alles sehr schön ist und gut funktioniert. Der Standard ist sehr hoch. Dreifach-Verglasung schützt vor Lärm und vor Wärme von aussen. Die Wärmepumpen in der Tiefgarage werden von der Solaranlage auf dem Dach mit Strom versorgt. Die Parkbuchten sind mit E-Ladestationen versehen. Während meines Aufenthalts wurden neue Eingangstüren montiert, die ökologisch besser sind. Das Personal ist durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde bei meiner nächsten Reise ins Piemont sicher wieder dort wohnen wollen.

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, rücksichtslose Gäste sind gut hörbar. Ist aber nur dann relevant, wenn es eben rücksichtslose Gäste hat.
