There were two different codes sent to access the property and it took a while to get into the building.

Passable experience but difficulty sleeping

The structure looks recently renovated and very clean. The support when requested was very polite and always trying to find solutions.

The acoustics were terrible…anyone passing in the hallway feels inside the room.

The room was beautifully fitted out, very classy, the owner gave perfect and clear directions to get access. The restaurant round the corner was very good and well priced too.

I received a warm welcome (in English) from the charming young male receptionist (in the hotel's adjacent restaurant), who kindly accompanied to my room. My "compact" single bedroom was modern, clean and nicely appointed, with fridge, TV and effective air conditioning. It was exceptionally quiet overnight. I loved the shower room! It was only a short walk from the hotel to the impressive "centro storico" of Cuneo, with its many bars and restaurants.

Only that he bed was too soft for my own personal taste.

Very friendly welcome by Franco, one of the receptionists. Option for secure parking if you ask for it. Very big and recently renovated room with a big shower. You can eat at the hotels'restaurant, I highly recommend you eat there!

Nice modern bathroom. Nice location near center of city and excellent restaurants. Beautiful shopping gallery promenade area around city square.

Room was comfortable but on the smaller side. Our group of 14 guests was split over two floors.

If you advertise that the room has a fridge, the fridge really needs to a) be on/ cold when the guest arrives & b) stay on when the guest is not in the room (key card activated power issue),, otherwise all you offer is a warm box in one corner of the room which neither chills nor keeps cool fresh produce. Annoying.

Superb

Very modern, well-appointed and stylish. Breakfast is worth the €5 charged, being a large round loaf of bread with a generous high quality cheese and charcuterie selection. I had to leave early for a train, so they packaged it up and brought it to my room the night before, where I could keep it fresh in the fridge provided. All very impressive.

Only one thing detracted from an otherwise faultless room; the personal bedside light is too harsh and mounted directly above the pillow.

Good location! In the center of Cuneo.

It's very expensive for the room you have. No air conditioning, dirty, no dishwasher, nothing to clean the dishes. The two pans were burnt and unusable. With the windows closed we could hear very early in the morning the trucks picking up the garbage.

Superb

Excellent position, just a few steps away from piazza Galimberti. Room looked pretty new and smartly furnished, with just a few flaws (see below). Staff were kind and efficient, it's only a bit weird having to check in from the bistrot: we didn't think a lot about it, and we ended up arriving during dinner rush hour. I guess it could have been a problem, but it must be said they were cool about it and we were shown our way around thoroughly and politely.

Jut a few minor flaws that should be easily addressed: the list looks long but these are mostly my personal 1) only one of the nightstands had a power plug 2) there are two reading lights, but linked to the same switch, on one of the bed sides only 3) there is no central light switch from the bed, you have to get up to switch off the main light 4) shower door probably not installed correctly, it's impossible to close completely and some water runs out 5) bed a bit on the 'too soft' side
