Friendliest receptionist (young female with glasses) I've ever experienced during a hotel stay wherever. Perfect explanations, prepared, pleasant and always with a smile. Thumbs up. Room was modern with all amenities, small fridge, balcony and nice bathroom. Hotel itself is small but seems renovated. Would come back.

The hotel is okay but too expensive for what it offers.Many better hotels in the same price range that are more central .Amenities are more of a 2 star.Area is not so safe,nearby train station with sound if trains.Access with 2 elevators is complicated especially for kids and elderly.Second elevator makes weird noises.Staff is friendly.Breakfast very basic with no replenishment.Coffee is not self service and has to be ordered from person at reception.Cleanliness is good in appearance but moldy in corners etc…Area around hotel smells of pee and not very safe at night.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you have no other options.Location,amenities and access definitely not worth the price

The Room was OK but this hotel has not a nice lobby. Not a sofa or chairs to wait for somebody. Very small. We arrived almost at 1:00 and they made us leave when this small hotel was not full. Besides they put us in the second floor and we had to take 2 elevators to get to our room. We asked for ice to have a drink and NO ICE in the hotel. Definitely this is not a 3* hotel

The Hotel is great, it look like a really good 4 stars. Personal was very kind and the room was perfect. A very nice shower and bathroom

Prefect If you arrives with the train. Close to the station. Very friendly staff and a very god breakfast. Clean and fresh. As often in Italy, hard beds the only thing a bit negative everything else it super.

Modern type of equipment but it is visible that it is little bit cheap made. It is part of a normal apartment house so you can heard noises in the evening of family’s from top. Parking little bit difficult but I always funded a spot. Nice personal and good atmosphere. The reception is empty in the night so you must open main door yourself by your room card. Breakfast very poor oriented mainly on sweet style.
