Convenient overnight stay for Dinner in Cuneo

The place is a straight shot from the train station on Via IV Novembre, about 400 meters or so. Check in was easy with the manager meeting us earlier than originally requested (our train got in before 13:30). With kind efficiency and use of Google translate, we were shown our room and operation of features and shared kitchen with breakfast foods, coffee capsules, tea and much more. The room was spacious with a convenient desk. The newly renovated en suite bath had the largest shower I've encountered in Italy so far. 😁 This is one of three rooms sharing a large eat in kitchen situation in an older apartment building. It seems secure as there are 2 doors (door into building and door into the apartments) in addition to the locked door of one's room. Room #3 has access to a balcony that offered a place to sit for your morning coffee. It's next to a parking lot. The most notable feature of this room was the abundance and variety of bath products (shaving cream, intimate wash, flushable wipes) and kitchen condiments (sugar, creamer, bottled water with carbonation, along with salt, pepper and olive oil). The breakfast items and tea selection was good as well.

The mattress was soft for my taste.

An unexpected gem in a beautiful location. Well worth a visit for anyone travelling in Piemont region

very convenient to both railway station and main town centre. room was spacious beautifully clean and lots of towels and bedding . host was extremely helpful with both check in and check out allowing us to leave close to our train time . We had shared kitchen facilities and a good selection of items for breakfast.

La ristrutturazione dell' appartamento è stata curata e conservativa in ogni dettaglio. La pulizia e disponibilità della signora è stata ottima. Il bagno in camera super e poi dieci minuti dal centro ma con parcheggio gratuito vicino la casa.

La cucina condivisa è importante e piacevole ma non tutti sanno "usarla" al meglio, nel rispetto degli altri. Per questo suggerisco numerazione anche dei posti delle camere e tovagliette nuove. Con qualche opzione in più sulla colazione. Anche se è stata molto gradita l'acqua in frigo e tutto il resto, comunque.

La persona que està al càrrec de l’establiment és extraordinàriament amable i eficient. Les habitacions molt netes i molt ben decorades. Llits molt còmodes i grans. Tot plegat molt bé i molt recomanable.

Posizione centrale e comoda a tutti i servizi. Proprietaria gentilissima. Abbiamo avuto la graditissima sorpresa di poter utilizzare la stanza adibita a cucina per poter fare colazione con macchinetta per caffè, bollitore per il tè e bollitore per il latte oltre a biscotti e brioches confezionate.

Sehr schönes und modernes Zimmer. Sehr praktisch ist auch die gemeinschaftliche Küche, die sogar mit Produkten für das Frühstück ausgestattet ist. Außerdem ist direkt nebenan ein Supermarkt mit vollwertigem Sortiment. Parkplätze sind kostenlos direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden.

Ottima la posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 10 dal centro storico. C'è cura in tutto: dagli arredi, alla pulizia al modo in cui si viene accolti. Mi ha fatto piacere trovare nella sala comune sia delle bottiglie di acqua nel frigorifero per me sia altre cose di cui gli ospiti potevano servirsi. La signora che gestisce la struttura ha voluto esserci al mio arrivo, lodevole in un periodo in cui si preferisce mandare link per il check in, siti dove caricare i documenti e selfie con passaporto in mano.

La posizione dell'appartamento molto comoda sia per andare alla stazione, che nel centro storico della città. Ampia disponibilità di parcheggiare la macchina nei dintorni. La camera molto confortevole e pulita; il bagno altrettanto. Si trova tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, molto apprezzato anche il fatto della possibilità di far colazione in cucina (in comune con gli altri ospiti), con a disposizione utensili e tutto il necessario per fare una buona colazione. La proprietaria gentile e disponile.
