The breakfast was spectacularly good with home-made jams and eggs from the hens in the garden. The hosts could not have been more helpful.

The perfect B&B

Spaceous and very clean room, good shower, nice natural environment with hikes starting just at the house, breakfast is wonderful (I wish I was a cow and have more stomachs), I felt very welcome, the owners are very helpful, giving you some suggestions for hikes and activities on the area. They are so warm hearted, would very much recommend this B&B.

A fantastic luxurious stay

Beautiful property and location, luxurious feel, very comfortable bed, exquisitely decorated room and bathroom, lots of attention to details aimed at making the stay relaxing. The breakfasts were Amazing, especially the Eggs.. freshly laid by the on-site Chickens :)

Great B&B with a warm atmosphere

My wife and I stayed two nights at Les Capucines. Everything was pretty and confortable. The view from the room is very beautiful. Isabelle and Xavier are really good hosts . They were really nice, recommending some great places to go for walks and where to eat. The breakfast was delicious and filling! I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!

Superbe!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Isabelle et Xavier. L'accueil était chaleureux, la chambre était fantastique avec une vue magnifique, et le petit-déjeuner était préparé avec amour ! La région offre de superbes randonnées. Ce fut une pause bienvenue loin du quotidien. Et nous avons même pu câliner le chien :) Merci !

Tout…nos hôtes étaient charmants et très accueillants! Chambre très confortable avec tout le nécessaire requis. Literie au top. Et le must est le petit-déjeuner « royal », composé de produits frais, choix très varié, confitures maison, sans parler des crêpes de Xavier.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

An Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Wunderschönes Zimmer und als absoluter Höhepunkt das grossartige Frühstück. Hunde sind ebenfalls willkommen. Einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft können wir mit sehr gutem Gewissen jedem empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Très bon contact avec Xavier avant et pendant le séjour. Accueil chaleureux, très belle chambre et sanitaires, vue très agréable sur les environs et un jardin très bien entretenu. Le calme, Mini bar et des très bons conseils. Last but not least: je confirme que le petit déjeuner est digne d’un 5 étoiles!

Magnifique séjour dans une très belle région...

Dans le cadre des Francofolies de Spa, c'est la deuxième fois que nous logeons dans cette chambre d'hôtes et certainement pas la dernère... Chambre très confortable, spacieuse, calme. Petit déjeuner au top préparé par Xavier et son épouse qui font tout pour que l'on se sente à l'aise dans leur très belle maison. Allez-y sans hésitation, vous ne serez certainement pas déçu!!

Een TOP-adres voor een onvergetelijk verblijf

Zeer aangename ontvangst, familiaal geïnspireerd. Bij Isabelle en Xavier ben je echt welkom. Wij hebben ook genoten van de mooie tuin en het uitzicht op de bossen. Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk (met eitjes van de kippen in de grote tuin), lekkere croissants enz. Als je het wenst geven ze je veel info en uitleg over de mogelijke wandelingen en uitstappen (de stad Spa is dichtbij, Theux eveneens), er ligt ook een infomap (o.a. wandeling langs de Ninglinspo). Alles is kraaknet, het bed is top en er is zelfs een regendouche. Wat kan men nog meer wensen?

J’ai passé une nuit aux Capucines et je suis absolument ravie de mon séjour. L’accueil chaleureux d’Isabelle m’a tout de suite mise à l’aise. J’ai eu un véritable coup de cœur pour elle : elle a été adorable, et nos échanges ont été profondément humains et intéressants. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi, ce qui donne une seule envie : revenir vite pour un séjour plus long ! La chambre et la salle de bain privative ont été entièrement remises à neuf, avec beaucoup de goût et d’attention pour qu’on s’y sente le mieux possible. Tout est pensé aux petits soins pour garantir un confort optimal et une ambiance chaleureuse. La connexion au Wi-Fi est parfaite pour travailler (même on préfèrerait s'y reposer et profiter plutôt que d'ouvrir son ordinateur !) Et que dire du petit déjeuner ? Préparé avec beaucoup de soin et d’amour, il était copieux et délicieux : des fruits du jardin, des confitures maison, et surtout les œufs frais de leurs poules — un vrai régal, à tomber par terre ! 🥚🍓🍞 Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer dans un cadre paisible et accueillant. Merci Isabelle pour cette belle parenthèse ! 💛
