Lovely hotel - I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Perfect location in a lovely village. Tastefully decorated. Lovely clean and comfortable room with spacious and modern bathroom. The dining experience was sublime - with great vegetarian options. Breakfast was fresh, with local produce and friendly service.

A small fridge in the room would have been handy. Airconditioning was too noisy to sleep with it on.

On the way to TEFAF

Location is just fine, breakfast was rich and delicious! Our fine dinner was very good too. Throughout our stay, we received enough attention from the staff but at the same time had our privacy, and that is highly appreciated.

These comments are supposed to be for some future improvement. 1. The room was so tiny and I believe that 12 m2 encompassed the space of the toilet & shower room which didn't even have any doors, the latter two were kind of extension of the room. 2. The walls are not very well isolated and we were woken up by loud neighbours at 7 AM on Sunday morning. 3. During our fine dining, it was just strange to get merely one breadroll of the average size for two persons to share. Throughout the evening another piece was neither offered nor served, and we didn't ask for it deliberately.

Alleraardigst hotel in Slenaken

Het Slenaker Vallei Bouique Hotel in het prachtige Zuid-Limburg is een alleraardigst hotel met een sympathieke gastheer en gastvrouw en vriendelijk personeel. De kamer die wij haddn was geweldig. Een monpuntje misschie was dat in de slaapkamer wel een grote spiegel hing maar geen TV scherm, dat was wel in het zitgedeelte, maar daar stonden slechts 2 fauteuiltjes, dus lan zitten om in de avond naar de TV te kijken is welleicht wat lastiger. Voor ons maakte dat niet uit, want we hebben een groot deel van de avond doorgebracht in het restaurant waar we een meer dan voortreffelijk 4 gangen diner hebben genoten; eigelijk 5 gangen want we namen ook nog oesters vooraf. Het hotel is echt een aanrader.

Behoudens het kleine minpuntje boven genoemd eigenlijk niets

Erg warm in slaapkamer We hebben niet gegeten in het restaurant, sprak ons niet aan en we hadden bovendien elders geboekt, daar werden we op aan gesproken. Niet prettig.

Heerlijk verblijf! Een aanrader!

De bereidwilligheid om waar wij specifieke wensen hadden, een oplossing te bieden. De service in het algemeen, de vriendelijkheid van zowel eigenaars als personeel, heeft ons aangenaam verrast. De kamers waren zeer proper, de bedden waren prima, want heerlijk geslapen. Maar dan de kwaliteit van het eten! Wat een zalige gerechten, prima van kwaliteit, zowel voor wat betreft de ingrediënten (heerlijk vers) als de bereiding: top! De aanbevolen bijpassende wijnen vormden steeds een perfecte match met de gerechten. De steak rartaar werd aan tafel bereid, zodat rekening kon worden gehouden met specifieke individuele wensen. We hebben ons zeer verwend gevoeld tijdens het verblijf, dat helaas veel te kort was. Wij komen zeker weer eens terug.

Ontbijt was goed .

Opdringerig dat je daar moest dineren, dat deden we niet en vanaf dat moment werden we genegeerd. Kamer had meerdere gebreken. Hotel is erg gehorig, slaande deuren en loopgeluid op houten vloer. Uitzicht was ronduit waardeloos, bitumen dak en parkeerplaatsen. Maar volgend eigenaar hadden we de mooiste kamer. Veel te duur voor hetgeen men bied.

Vriendelijk ontvangt. Kamer was leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruim bed, koffie en thee op de kamer. Ruime lobby met fijne zitplaatsen om tijd door te brengen. Personeel is heel hulpvaardig en in voor een praatje of voor advies. Het restaurant biedt een gevarieerde kaart met smaakvolle gerechten en dito wijnarrangement. Zeker de moeite waard. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid!
