Nice Hotel

good location for travelling to Belgium GP (by car), nice little hotel with a good restaurant and nice breakfast

the bathroom was open to the room, so for friends it is a whole new level in your friendship, but we made it work

Noisy room from lack of sound proofing & the room doors are the complete opposite of soft close to the extent that the room shook whenever someone entered a bedroom. Unfortunately the shower room also had a strange underlying drain smell. Both mattress & pillow were very hard.

Superb

Friendly people with lots of good tips for walks in the area. Great terrace with view over the valley. Can start a selection of hikes straight from the hotel. Very good breakfast and room facing west with great sunset views.

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Enough space in the restaurant even though the hotel was fully booked. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice walks start directly from the hotel. Nespresso machine in the room.

Minor details : fitted sheet on the bed was a bit small, no cup to rinse teeth (but I think this was for ecological reasons, no plastic which I can only applaud so this is actually also a positive point).

Enjoying a relaxed holiday

The hotel has a great ans easy going terrace, to chill and look over the gently sloping countryside. If the weather is not what you hoped inside you can use the hotel library or enjoy one of the boardgames the hotel has.

Wederom heerlijk stil, ontspannen, gezellig, mooi en vriendelijk !

Ontbijt heerlijk en het restaurant ook; altijd lekker eten en meer dan genoeg. Mensen zijn leuk, aardig en vriendelijk. We voelen ons erg welkom en onze comfort kamer wat super!

Het enige minpuntje vind ik de bedden. Ze staan los van elkaar en schuiven uit elkaar.

Lekker slapen en eten in een prachtige omgeving!

Wat direct opvalt is de rust. De locatie is perfect. We hebben heerlijk gedineerd en ook het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd. Ook de bedden waren prima, we hebben heerlijk geslapen.

Ik miste een fohn en extra toiletrollen in de badkamer.

de kamer was prima ,maar wel wat gehorig en bij de de badkamer kon je moeilijk de douch inkomen erg nauw.

Aanrader! Heerlijk eten en genieten van de rustige omgeving. Enorm aardige eigenaren en personeel.

Ontbijt was fantastisch, heerlijk en uitgebreid. Het hotel is kleinschalig en ligt fijn als je van het landschap wilt genieten. Je kan prima wandelen in de buurt, en met de auto ben je zo in de mooie dorpjes waar deze omgeving bekend om is. Diner is boven verwachting goed; wij hebben twee keer in het hotel gegeten met onze kinderen en dat was erg goed verzorgd. Aanrader.

Verwacht een gewone kamer dat prima voldoet. Er viel ons daarom niks tegen.

Très bel hôtel au calme. Chambre propre. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel très gentil

Salle de bain très petite. Le personnel ne parle pas le français alors que l’hôtel est à quelques kilomètres de la Belgique francophone. Pas de chaînes francophones.

Heerlijk verblijf centraal in Zuid- Limburg

De Plank ligt mooi gelegen vlakbij Noorbeek en Slenaken. Het is prachtig wandelen in de omgeving. Ook Monchau is goed bereikbaar. Het ontbijt en Diner waren uitstekend verzorgd.

De tv op de kamer deed het niet. Na melding kregen we de tip de stekker er even uit te halen,maar dat had geen resultaat. Niet heel erg natuurlijk ,alleen een beetje jammer.

Voor een kort verblijf een prima hotel. Ook erg mooie omgeving om te wandelen.

Het ontbijt was prima verzorgt en erg lekker vers. Kamers was wat aan de kleine kant, anders dan de afbeelding bij het boeken deed vermoeden. Miste de afzuiging in de badkamer.

We hebben de 1e avond van het diner in het hotel gebruik gemaakt. De soep was prima en het hoofdgerecht was ruim voldoende, jammer dat je voor aardappels/friet en schaaltje salade apart moest betalen. Vlees (hertenbief) was volgens mij niet echt vers, was taai en niet lekker mals. maar verder was het goed en ruim voldoende qua hoeveelheid.
