Really nice atmosphere. Super host, very helpful. Very good location in a charming small town. Alternative places to eat and drink if you wish. Set menu at the Hotel was nice. Lots of parking at the back of the hotel. Nice rear facing terrace.

Would be good to serve what was very nice cooked food on heated plates ready to serve. Main dish of fish was really good nearly cold.

Though the room is less suited for older people, we had a pleasant stay.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Though the internet connection was via (unprotected) hot spots, it was very fast and had a good range. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices in bread, fruits, yoghurts etc. Big parking lot at the back of the hotel.

Curtains were broken Location of toilet in the bathroom was very awkward. My 90 year old dad hurt his head twice because of bumping against glass shelf of the sink. Difficult to get out of bed without bumping your head against the wooden support beam. Small hallways at the upper floor and very dark. Lighting was broken.

Hotel was located in a good area, tons of restaurants and nature.

There were a few days they failed to clean my room, almost pretty certain my sheets remained the same my entire duration there. FYI: The hotel restaurant will not accommodate you unless reservations are made. Overall a decent hotel, but not worth €465.

Rustige ligging, ruime kamer met zitje, alles schoon, grote badkamer met goede douche, bar met groot zitgedeelte om te verblijven, heerlijk gevarieerd ontbijt en prima drie gangendiner ‘s avonds. Bovenal vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Niks, we werden onvriendelijk afgescheept.

Bij aankomst bleken de geboekte en bevestigde kamers niet beschikbaar. Er werd ons kenbaar gemaakt dat dit om 13.30 per mail was doorgegeven. Aangezien we aan het wandelen waren hebben we geen mail bekeken. De medewerker gaf dit gewoon te kennen en besprak geen enkele optie om ons tegemoed te komen. We moesten het maar uitzoeken. Pas naar lang aandringen, keek hij naar een mogelijke optie. Deze bleek 100 euro duurder voir de kamers. Ook hierin kwam geen geste om ons te helpen. Zou niemand deze ongastvrije manier van omgang aanraden.

Simpel hotel met een te dure prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding

Het ontbijt was goed en gratis parkeergelegenheid. De locatie van het hotel is wel mooi, een goede uitvalsbasis om het mooie Zuid-Limburg te ontdekken.

Wij hadden een erg verouderde kamer en badkamer. Dit stond niet in verhouding met de prijs/kwaliteit. Het personeel kon ook wat vriendelijker.

Fijn verblijf, zeker een aanrader.

Grote (openbare) parkeerplaats achter het pand. Onze fietsen konden fijn binnen staan maar de schuur was wel krap. Ruime kamer met balkon. Ruime badkamer met mooie inloop douche. Er miste alleen nog een planchet voor de zeep en shampoo. Mooi schoon, wit beddengoed en fijne frisse handdoeken. Er was ruim voldoende keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet. Allerlei broodsoorten en verschillende smaken verse yoghurt en fruit.

Tip (voor kamer 111) maak een paar haakjes aan de muur bij de inloop / halletje, voor de jassen. Voor mij was het matras wat te hard en het kussen wat te slap, maar dat is natuurlijk erg persoonlijk.

Overwegend goed hotel met toch wat zaken voor verbetering vatbaar.

Rustig gelegen hotel kort bij het centrum van Epen. Grote en ruime kamer met voldoende comfort. Ontbijtbuffet was oké. Grote autoparking achteraan het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel.

Prijs/kwaliteit kamer misschien iets te duur. Het was heel warm maar op de kamer was er geen airconditioning voorzien. Ook geen kleine frigo op de kamer. Doucheraam was lek onderaan waardoor badkamervloer helemaal nat werd. Tijdens het ontbijt had men er niet beter op gevonden om een grote tafel met een grote groep wandelaars/hotelgasten pal naast het ontbijtbuffet te positioneren. Hierdoor was het zeer krap om zich rustig aan het ontbijtbuffet te bedienen. De mensen gezeten aan het uiteinde van de tafel zelf waren ook hier ook niet erg mee opgezet.

Het ontbijt was het enige pluspunt! De rest was waardeloos. Een hoop geld voor 1 overnachting.

Super mooie plek, en omgeving. Ontbijt was prima te doen. Koffie was niet te drinken.

Klein warm zolderkamertje, de ruimte en ook in de gang stonk het erg. De afzuiger in de douche werkte niet. De matrassen waren erg hard. Overal op de gang zaten andere gasten. Waarschijnlijk vanwege de zitjes op de gang. Veel rokende mensen buiten. €137,- voor 1 nacht in zo’n klein warm kamertje zonder airco/ventilatie is een hoop geld.

Aangenaam. Maar neem volgende keer wel eigen kussen mee.

Ontbijt zat er bij in. Was goed. Elke dag werd er schoongemaakt. We werden vriendelijk onthaalt We waren erg blij dat we op laatste moment hier nog terecht konden. 2 dagen ervoor geboekt.

Hoofdkussens beetje goedkoop had ik het idee. Normaal stevige kussen gewend in hotels. Nu slappe kussen. Maargoed ieder zun voorkeur natuurlijk. Er waren geen fietsen zelf op locatie te huur. Maar deze konden gebracht en gehaald worden door 1 vlakbij tegen meer tarief. Je kon je fiets in een berging zetten wat wel aan de krappe kant was samen met de andere fietsen van gasten. Ons kamer uitzicht was op een begraafplaats.

mooie grote kamer met aparte tv-zitkamer, grote parkeerplaats aan een rustige straat en lekker eten

Losse zitkamer naast de slaapkamer en badkamer , alles netjes verzorgd, mensen aardig ,behulpzaam. eten was goed en lekker. niet aan een drukke weg. grote gratis parkeerplaats

Het was netjes en schoon maar wel sterk verouderd.

De kamer was erg gedateerd, wel een fijne nieuwe badkamer. Ook prettig soort van zitgedeelte en apart slaapvertrek. Wel oncomfortabel bankje in het zitgedeelte. Ontbijt was redelijk eenvoudig maar wel met vers fruit en warme broodjes. De koffie was niet te drinken.
