The location and the view
Kitchen and bathroom were not well equipped. Twin beds mattress need to be replaced.

This is a historic building in an ancient mountain town. The surroundings are beautiful and the area is connected by a maze of stone walkways. The house was clean and it was easy to get in. There is a lively balcony to view the valley.
Do not try to park next to the house - it is narrow and difficult. park at the free parking 100 m before the house on the right side. The kids beds were not as comfortable as expected. The house is large with lots of room and fast Wi-Fi

La casa di Piera is a big rustic house in a little nice village made in stone. It's placed within the mountains area, not so far from La Spezia and Cinqueterre. Not easy to reach, and with very curvy roads :) The house is comfortable and big, perfect for some days of hiking. The village is very nice with a wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Big rooms with big reformed bathroom. Nice beds and clean blankets. Totally recommend.
We missed some welcoming details as little products to eat or bath facilities. We barely had 2 old towels for all. I recommend to renew some of the bath/kitchen stuff. Although it was not a big deal for us. The rest of the house was perfect.
For getting food and groseries you need to go down the road until the near bigger village.

It is an interesting experience. Small house in a
village on top of the mountain. House was clean
and had a modern shower with toilet, coffee
machine and all necessary equipment. We stayed
only 1 night so we didn’t use the kitchen. The host
was very nice and check in was smooth. We
could stay until later in the afternoon! There is a
fireplace as well. The place is near Cinque Terre so
it was very good value to stay close to the area. Car
is needed.
There is no internet. We knew it in advance. Also
some soap for the shower would be nice. No airco
in the house but we slept with open window and it
was fine. Insect net is on the windows.

Me and my family loved this place so much! The amazing view, food we cooked in the lovely kitchen, dinings by the fireplace... All were wonderful.

One gets to live in a house made of stone, on the top of a mountain, with a narrow street to get there, in a village where there is not even a store (the latter is both good and bad). The rooms of the house are very large, the house is surprisingly comfortable on the inside, as compared to the look it has from the outside.
The espresso machine in the kitchen was a great plus!
It is hard to find the location. Initially, I copied the link from Booking (using the copy button) and I got on a street some 20 km away. Still, after manually adding the entire address, it did not take me to the right place, I had to make a turn and drive back on the narrow streets. The owner helped me with some more pictures and eventually we reached the house. It is not a good idea to take the car near the house, the space for turning it is very limited. There is a larger parking lot some 50 m before the house (for around 5-6 cars) and we found a free spot there.
The main issue we had was the lack of soap and shower gel in the house. We asked the owner, but she said that it is optional and I could not find it in the house, but I could buy one a few kilometers away if I go by car (descending the mountain to a larger village again). We found this very strange, especially after the Covid 19 pandemic times. Perhaps she decides to change this decision and include soap in the future, it is a drawback that can be easily (and without a high cost) fixed.

A huge place in a really adventurous location. You have to go up to a small little village, a jewelry box of a town really. The place itself is huge, too big even, with little furniture to fill the space. It is rustic, and the view is fantastic. The little town of Ponzo is charming.
Contrary to what the bookings.com page indicates, there is wifi in the apartment, although it drops off frequently.
Communication was very scarce, and the host does not speak english very well. They said that heating should be off due to the season (May), but we were freezing at night. I had to put on 4 blankets to keep warm.
There are almost no appliances in the apartment. No microwave, no water heater kettle, no toaster. We had to boil water in a pan for our tea. There is a coffee machine and a sandwich grill.
Parking is a bit of a chore, you have to go around the town, to the Ponzo Public Parking lot (a bit of an exaggeration, as it can fit like 6 cars total). You have to then walk down some charming alleys to get to the place. I suggest parking right in front of the apartment to transfer your luggage. This is not a beginner's task, as the alley is very narrow.

The place with ancient style - we felt like we live in a castle. Inside the apartment modern style. Very cozy, lot of space inside. We did an excursion throughout the whole castle territory. Very clean. It is worth staying there!

The house is absolutely fantastic! Cosy and lovely. We could make our own dinner in kitchen, only we had to buy our own spices and oil to cook, but that was not a problem for us, just information if you want to cook. All the other things was perfect, great beds, clean, very good bathroom, we are absolutely satisfied. If we knew that there is so good, we'de stay there for longer.

Great location - in the authentic old village. Spacious apartment, brand new bathroom. Furniture a bit outdated and some unusable staff (some decorations and etc). Clean, quite and safe place. There could be some extra bed in master bedroom, for example for family with 1 kid (another bedroom is available, but a bit far to sleep all alone for small kid).
