Aanrader: voor rust en is romantisch 🥰

Fijne aankomt in een oase van rust en een lieve host die ons begroeten. Alles wat je nodig hebt is daar aanwezig. Koelkast gevuld met sap, melk, yoghurt. Er is koffie en thee, een zoet ontbijtje staat al klaar.

Omdat het de woning heel oud is, zijn er geen ramen dus weinig daglicht.. maar dat mag de pret niet drukken.. het was heerlijk koel binnen met die warmte buiten..

Excellent !

La maison est belle. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires pour s’épanouir. L’hôte parle très bien anglais ce qui facilite les échanges. Il est tout le temps disponible et rend le séjour très agréable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le café est bon. Le petit déjeuner le matin est délicieux ( Petit plus pour les pancakes) Il y a la clim au cas où il fasse trop humide ou trop chaud. La salle de bain dispose d’un bidet avec un nettoyant, ce qui est un plus pour l’hygiène.

Juste les places de parking mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôte.

Exceptional

Outstanding host, who gave us valuable tips for day trips and restaurants. He made us feel very welcome, he was very kind and we had some nice conversations in the evening sitting in front of the apartment. The apartment itself offered endless coffee caps, juice, milk, pastries, and even a welcome champaign. Quaratica is located a bit outside of La Spezia, but you are in the city center within a 10-15 min drive. The place is extremely quiet and surrounded by nature. Would definitely visit again. Note that the bathroom and shower is quite small (as it is a very old house), but this wasn't a big issue for us!

Very little charming village located in forests on a hill! Great host who was doing everything for us and was reachable all the time - he gave us great tips!

Air conditioning was somehow not working 100% but the host tried his best to get it working!

Exceptional

The house is very clean and cosy, breakfast offer is very good , wine inclusive. The kitchen and house include everything you need. The place is in a relaxing in good location for travellers with car or vespa. 9 km to La Spezia and half an hour away from nice beaches or bays. The host Gian Paolo was very friendly and helpful and we liked a lot what he recommended us to go and eat. I suggest everyone to follow his suggestions. The money- quality balance is very good!

It is a place to return to, we recommend it with full heart to everybody (especially couples).

This place is from a fairy tale for sure - amazing sight with excellent people. The owner looked after us the most in terms of food, information, help available any time. Easy arriving and leaving. The apartment is clean and tidy, fully equipped. La Spezia is a 10-minute drive. He had the time of our lives.

Gian Paolo is a great host. He provided some coffee, tea, jam, honey… for breakfast and good recommendations to visit the area of La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The house is located in a small village in the mountains, stunning views

The house is quite dark. The house is located in an isolated village with difficult access (twisty road). Breakfast provided could be healthier
