Peaceful with a view

Nice little house and comfortable bed, in a very quiet village. Only a 5min walk to the bus stop for the shuttle to Riomaggiore. Peaceful, nice view from the terrace on the city of La Spezia and the water.

No mosquito screens so you have to choose between opening the windows and dealing with mosquitoes...

Great view, clean apartment, very helpful host, although we prefer self check ins

No air condition which can kill during summer weather. Specific smell from cabinets, synthetic sheets on the beds, used towels, this is a family home arranged to bnb, good idea but maybe some elements should be changed for strange people coming for night and day. We preferred to spent time outside the apartment as much as possible due to those factors.

Good view, location and contact

Good location to visit the cinque terre. Nice view from the terrace. Owner is really nice and good communication with him. Everything needed for 4persons.

Careful that parking is at 4min walk, but no need of the car to visit :)

Manque de propreté, mettre des essuie main à la cuisine et torchons pour la vaisselle, des draps déchirés, , eclairage spot au miroir non fonctionnel a la salle d eau....

Prachtig uitzicht, rustig dorpje, lieve mensen.

Je zit in een klein rustig dorpje vlakbij het drukke Cinque Terre met uitzicht op de have van La Spezia. Dat is een voordeel én een nadeel. Voordeel is: de rust en stilte die je echt waardeert na een drukke dag op CT, ook even het e het Italiaanse gevoel van een klein dorpje. Nadeel is wel dat je altijd met auto of bus/trein moet om ergens te komen. Voor ons weegt het nadeel op tegen het voordeel! Verder een hele behulpzame host (reageert snel op berichten) en in het dorpje behulpzame mensen. We hebben het meest genoten van het heerlijke balkon met uitzicht op de haven van La Spezia.

Je kan niet parkeren naast het huis, dus je moet bagage wel even te voet transporteren. Het huis had geen airco, het was wel te doen maar ook erg warm deze zomer.

Ubytování kousek od moře, s krásným výhledem a plnou vybaveností pro potřeby rodiny.

Krásné místo, plně vybavený domek. Příjezdová cesta je složitější, ale ten výhled za to určitě stojí. Z místa jsme se snadno dostali do okolních vesniček. Majitel nás přivítal i v pozdních hodinách, ukázal nám celý dům a provedl nás městem, vysadil nás přímo v pizzerii, kde jsme si po dlouhé cestě dali vynikající pizzu. Navštívili jsme také místní restauraci. V kuchyni byla připravena malá snídaně a v lednici vychlazená voda. Děkujeme a doporučujeme!

Il paese veramente caratteristico. Una pace meravigliosa e gli abitanti cordiali. Il signor Sandro molto disponibile . La casa si sviluppa in altezza su due piani. Piccola ma carina e con una bellissima vista mare da lontano.

Bellissimo weekend

La vista dal terrazzo dell' appartamento è davvero bella. La casa è molto carina, pulita e con la cucina dotata di tutto. L' host è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato le informazioni che gli avevamo chiesto e anche consigli utili. Unico avvertimento per chi ha problemi di deambulazione è che non è raggiungibile in auto che va lasciata in parcheggio poco più su e vi sono delle scale di pietra da scendere per arrivare.
