Exceptional

It's a wonderful apartment on the second floor of a house in the center of Biassa. The place is well furnished and decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. I can give only one suggestion that may be helpful to the guests - dish dryer. Two bedrooms. Very comfortable bed and pillows, spacious wardrobe. The bathroom and the shower cabin are very small but it was not big problem. The owner is very polite, helpful and hospitable lady who is always ready to give advice for your perfect trips and stay.

Although we haven't met our host Fulvia, she texted us all the information. Thank you Fulvia! The apartment has a well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect provided that you have your own car. It is about 6km from La Spezia railway station. We parked our car at the station and took train to Cinq Terre.

Very beautiful located, very complete kitchen, very helpful host, opposite a local grocery store, very convenient, very near to all kind of outings (we did lots of hiking).

The matress wasnt very good, and there was no couch to sit comfortably in the evening hours.

Facilidad de comunicación con el anfitrión, todo muy limpio y bien preparado. Muy buena ubicación en general para visitar La Spezia y Cinque Terre.

No tiene ventilador o aire acondicionado, lo cierto es que no me hizo falta. Aunque esto es una cuestión personal y subjetiva, porque sufro mucho de calor.

Buona struttura... ma un tocco di nuovo non guasterebbe

Casa situata in un paese a pochi km da La Spezia. La proprietaria e la gente del posto veramente accoglienti. Casa molto pulita e con tutti i confort. La proprietaria del tabacchino di fronte la casa molto disponibile sia per organizzare mini tour sia per informazioni per collegamenti bus treno con vendita dei biglietti di tutti i generi. Cornetti freschi la mattina. Nel paese c'è anche un minimarket.

Quello che non va secondo me nella casa è: il mini bagno. Utilizzabile ma troppo piccolo (una persona obesa non farebbe la doccia né tantomeno le cure igieniche nel bidet).Anche il lavandino molto piccolo, anche facendo attenzione cade acqua da pertutto. Mi avrebbe fatto piacere trovare biancheria dei letti meno datata come anche la teleria del bagno. Altro problemino è che la casa umida perché è molto datata e sottotetto: c' è molta umidità per infiltazioni e non isolato. inoltre le scale all accesso su strada è possibile con gradini di diverse dimensioni ( gradini di una volta) a cui bisogna stare attenti sia in salita che in discesa da attenzionare alle persone con parziale difficoltà alla deambulazione..

Fulvia fantastica, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione comoda

Fulvia super gentile, efficiente e disponibile: è stata elastica nel check in, anche se ciò le ha creato disagio. Era tutto super pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione comoda x raggiungere Riomaggiore (via dell’amore).

Il phon era tiepido, in bagno non ci sono caloriferi.

Tranquil·litat i netedat. Rentavaixelles, nevera grossa amb congelador, forn.

Et cobren el gas a l'hivern, quan és un lloc molt fred. La rentadora està fora l'habitacle i només es pot fer servir un programa de 3 o 4 hores. La dutxa molt petita (60 × 60 cm) I sense calefactor al cuarto de bany, molt fred. No hi ha microones. Televisió molt petita i només a l'habitació de matrimoni.

Ottimo punto di partenza per le 5 Terre, piccolo,ma ben servito . Da consigliare.

Posizione in collina, lontano dal caos e con parcheggi gratuiti, dato che alle 5 Terre si spende piu' in parcheggi che di colazione.

Il prezzo del riscaldamento come costo aggiuntivo veramente troppo caro( 2,50 Euro al metro cubo) Spropositato!
