Facilidad de comunicación con el anfitrión, todo muy limpio y bien preparado. Muy buena ubicación en general para visitar La Spezia y Cinque Terre.
No tiene ventilador o aire acondicionado, lo cierto es que no me hizo falta. Aunque esto es una cuestión personal y subjetiva, porque sufro mucho de calor.

The authentic village
Smelly linen and towels.we had to pay for gass separatly,but it was still cold. Very small shower,freezing cold bathroom.
